When MailChimp no longer integrated with our Shopify store, we switched to Conversio. So far, it's been great! A great feature is that it is charged by the number of REAL customers you have - not just how many email subscribers are listed. Still in the testing phase and figuring out how to create our emails, but so far so good!

I am in the process of fully integrating this app and I am really enjoying how helpful it is with helping me to create a really good marketing funnel. I have been working on ways to make my customer interaction much more efficient and I think I found my answer!

I like this app so far because it also has the customer review follow up function and customer service is also good - I would usually get the response back within 24 hours to get help. The reason I took 1 star out is because the conversio's instruction on how to add the reviews on my shopify store isn't clear enough for me and still need help. I'll have to reach out to the customer service again. Everything else is great!

I believe I have enough information to move forward with, it is frustrating that there is no one to call for help, no chat, and if you do ask a question, it will not be right away. I previously left a bad review because I was not finding the direct answers I needed I still admit it is frustrating trying to work real-time problems via delayed emails. Having an issue and possibly having to wait up to 3 hours to get a response if you have a major hang-up is not ideal for a website-ran business. I hope this company will change its approach to supporting its customers and at least provide some one-on-one, real-time support in getting started and understanding what can or can't be done, and how you can accomplish certain things. I've raised it to 3 stars in hopes that the information I was given is accurate and will help me accomplish what I'm attempting to do.

I have been using Conversio for a month or two and still learning about the capabilities. So far, I'm happy to say, that it is easy to use. I have been able to edit communications to brand to my store and implement automated campaigns to drive interest.

This app saves so much time and money and it's a great way to maximize the revenue that you can get from your current customers. Highly recommended!

This app replaced MailChimp, Judge.me, and Spently, and saved us a lot of time and money! Highly recommend for anyone who understands or wants to learn the value of comprehensive email marketing.

I got this to replace Mailchimp since their integration with Shopify is ending. I really like the wide variety of pre-made templates for follow ups with customers, and after a month I've already seen a few conversions from them. It's relatively interface friendly, as someone not super tech savvy it's been pretty straight forward to build emails. I am a bit bummed about the monthly price, as I was on a free plan with Mailchimp and being such a small company, I don't need to send excessive amounts of emails, but hopefully over time it will prove to be worth the price. I will say there are a few features that have been difficult for me to implement on my own, even with the Conversio instructions. I had to get their help to verify my domain to intergrate my email marketing customer list from Shopify. I also reached out for help with adding code/widget to show reviews left through Conversio follow up emails, but they wouldn't help me without charging me a fee. I feel if I am paying a monthly fee, it should include help with these available features if their provided instructions are not enough for me to complete on my own. Other than that, I've enjoyed the service so far and hope it will work out long term.

I found this app through a recommendation I watched on YouTube. I only really discovered about 70% of this apps full potential about 35 days into using it, and so far I am enjoying Conversio. This app allows for nice customization in your email templates, along with saving so much time and creating more opportunity for sales.

A powerful marketing solution and a much better value option than other email services. Plus it includes much a whole host of other features that you might be missing out on. Very pleasantly suprised.

I’ve been using Conversio since it was Receiptful, and it’s done nothing but get better and better. Unlike some other email service providers I’ve tried, the integration with Shopify is seamless. Everything from coupon creation to suggested products just plain works. All of the customer-contact options are there, from the receipt to abandoned carts to follow-ups to review requests. Integrating the reviews and suggested products widgets with your theme makes it that much better. I’ve recently upgraded my rewards account with Smile.io in order to integrate it with my emails, as well, and it’s perfection. The upgrade to use it as a newsletter service is worth it. The construction of newsletters is easy and looks great, and segmentation and scheduling are easy to wrap your head around. Add to all that the super thorough analytics, and the CEO/Founder’s regular educational video and blog content, and this is an incredibly worthwhile application. I’ve done a lot of experimenting over the years with several apps and processes, and I’m actually excited to build this final version of my site with Conversio being a key cog in the machine. The only feature I’ve decided to not use with my theme is the search widget. It might work for some, but the themes I’ve tried have had search features that are integrated so well it doesn’t make a lot of sense to switch. But that takes away absolutely zero stars, since it’s sort of a bonus take-it-or-leave it feature. And the only feature I’d really really like to see is some sort of “Auto Update Your Customers With Blog Entry Content” feature. There is an RSS block, but it’s pretty limited. I have mixed feelings about Shopify’s core blog feature (coming from a WordPress background), but if Conversio could integrate with that so that customers can get blog updates in their email, the way Jetpack does with WordPress, I’d never want for anything else, to be honest. That’s the longest, most glowing review I’ve ever left on an app. Conversio is worth it, and it just keeps getting better. Do the thing.

I have used this app to help me with converting my abandoned carts into returning customers. It has worked well so far. Nice looking and really easy to use!

Learning curve is a little steep, but customer service is there to help. Visually this just never compared to mailchimp (can't outline my buttons, etc. little visual things) so I continued using mailchimp for newsletters.

pricing is based on list of customer you have since the beggining. It doesnt make sense since its an email marketing app and a lot of customers do not accept marketing. If I cant pay for an specific list of clients that I will use to send email marketing campaigns it donest make sense

This updated review may change provided reasonably clarity regarding the new price plan. I just prepaid yearly for the same service so I am not sure if they plan to honor it yet. Conversio's new arbitrary price plan based on total customers rather than monthly order or email count is atrocious. Current plan is $229/mo but new plan is $800 for the best plan listed but would cover a fraction of our customer count and many of those have been inactive for a year or more. Conversio lacks the ethos and integrity of a company I can trust moving forward.

This app has really saved our email marketing campaign. I love the pricing and features. I hoping to see even more features being added in the future. Customer service was fast at responding to my issues.

This is really helping us drive sales, we use it on 2 of our stores and its helping both of them to get customers to revisit their carts and make purchases.

Although Conversio has not massively boosted my sales, it pays for its-self and some more each month and hugely improves the professionalism of the store.

Complicated setup i order to use the Newsletter function. Having to add various data with your domain provider (and waiting up to 4 hours for it to work) is too complicated and time-consuming for most people/companies. Other apps work straight out of the box, so I hope Conversio will change this in the future. Until then, we'll go with another solution.

I like this app. It's easy to use and brings more traffic. Try it out, and see, what it can make for you. There is so much, we can get out of it.

Amazing app! You get REAL sales thanks to it's automation features! Really recommended for serious shop owners who want to keep sales flowing from your current traffic.
