Very easy to use so much better than shopify's plain receipts!! love this app!

I have used this app for two of my online stores and it is really a great app. Very easy to use (no coding required), simple user interface. If you pay for the upgraded version you get a lot a great features as well. If you need special help and contact their customer service, they are very quick to respond.

A fantastic app with brilliant features! An essential addition for anyone who values customer satisfaction and loyalty. The UI is clean and simple, so producing email content is quick and easy. Adii and the rest of the team are extremely helpful, and are always super quick to reply (one has to wonder whether or not they sleep)! Highly recommended. Get this app!

The free version of the app has definitely increased our customer retention and the support staff is extremely helpful! Aleana worked with us for as long as it took to work out our specific complications and everything runs very smoothly now. Excellent, would definitely recommend!

This app is really great. It's just logical really. Order confirmation emails have the highest open rates so you absolutely need to be milking them in every way possible. Receiptful lets me do that and I haven't even got the paid version. Once my store grows I will definitely be upgrading. Thanks for this great app guys!

I had signed up for Receiptful because I liked how their templates looked. They are very clean, which customers like to see as well. After signing up, I hit my quota for the free receipts, so I upgraded to the Premium level. I put off setting up the Premium features, but then I received an email from the support team (Julia) stating they wanted to set up the features themselves for my business. I obviously agreed, thinking they would change around a few settings and call it a day. When I received notification stating they finished, I took a look into my account and saw they had set up 4 completely finished email templates. One for a customer welcome email, one for a reminder to use a discount before it expired, one to encourage social sharing of their purchase, and one to ask for feedback about their purchase. I was blown away at their level of service and it felt like they really cared about my success. They went over the top and their customer service is outstanding. I will be using them for a long time and their services are highly recommended from me! 11/10

This is the second site I have used Reciptful - It has been a great way to step up our customer experience and provide reasons for our customers to come back. The free version covers the basics and what one should use when just starting out online (use your resources wisely!). From my experience, the support has been top notch. It seems pretty common with highly rated apps on Shopify that the developer and team are quick with answers - no exception here. We've recently upgraded to the paid version and thus far have been happy. Looking forward to repeat customers thanks to this app. A true must have... if you care about your customer experience.

I've really enjoyed Receiptful so far! Great features, easy setup, and the customer service is top-notch. They reply right away, and fixed an issue on my site within a couple of hours. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

After months of having the free service. I decided to sign up for the premium service. They did NOT send one email out. I figured it was the holidays, I contacted customer service and adi made it seem that he had sent the emails out to potential customers. But on the screen within my Receiptful account it shows and still says no emails have been sent. BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR TWO MONTHS!!!! WASTE OF MY MONEY....... ADI AND RECEIPTFUL IRRATATE MY SOUL

Easy to install and edit! A huge improvement on the standard receipts I was sending before... will keep using this software's free version and may upgrade in the future to access even more options.

This has been an amazing addition to our store! We have received thousands of responses after only 9 months of use. It only takes the customer a second to give you feedback and it works wonders for morale, especially when a customer adds a note to their response. The customer also receives a handsome view of their entire order inside the receipt...way better than the standard format out of our ecommerce and POS software. The customizations you can add on the free version are plentiful too. We have been copying these responses and using them as part of the slideshow on our website's homepage. I'm very thankful for having this service and am considering the more robust paid version now as a result. Thanks Receiptful!
