We're definitely getting extra sales because of Receiptful. It gives powerful tools to boost sales and engage with (potential) customers. A big plus also is great and fast customer service.

It's a good app however we found people placing first time order getting a receipt good for 10% on next purchase only to cancel their order and replace with coupon generated by receiptfull on newer order. It would be good if receiptful would cancel coupon generated if customer canceled order. In addition far too many coupon codes are generated and results in difficulty finding coupons that have been manually entered.

Loving it so far - I have only had for a few days, but the receipts look so much more professional and it is quick and easy for customers to give me some feedback about how things are going.

I have only just set this up so I'm not sure how effective it is yet. It was super easy to set up and I love how my receipts look now. I hadn't heard of receiptful, until I actually received a receipt my self and immediately looked to add it to my site. Fingers crossed it will produce some great results!

We've not had many receipts sent at the moment, (hence only 4 stars), but from what we have seen so far, this app is brilliant. It seems to take the items in our store even at test stage to show you how powerful the receipts can be and I have to say, even the starting template looks fantastic. I just started using the free Receiptful on our new, recently-revamped website that we just launched on Shopify and am thoroughly impressed and am considering the paid version of Receiptful. It is very impressive with a lot of neat functionality and everything is very seamless and integrated with my Shopify store. The creation of discount codes and offers to extend to customers for referrals or to return to your store is all great and I love that it sets up the codes automatically in the back-end without having to import bulk amounts of discount codes. Once I have time to fully dive into all of the features I am sure I will be upgrading to one of the paid plans as it all seems very beneficial and revenue-generating. I was trying to find a way to get feedback from customers and also to ask them to come back and review the products they purchased, and it seems that the paid version of Receiptful would make all of this simple and integrated.

Love this app. Customer service is great and my customers feel they are being taken care of. It's a must have
