Just got it but in my short experiences i love it.

Using the free version for now as we just started the website. Works great. Very nice email receipts.

Solid app... love the branding aspect and be able to stay in touch with your customer through multiple communications. Still on the free version... and works amazing. Definitely recommended.

Receiptful is awesome. We just launched our business a month ago, and Receiptful has helped us reengage with past customers in ways that we wouldn't have been able to otherwise. We can provide coupon incentives for repeat orders and start growing our repeat customer base early. The receipts also look very clean and modern, which benefits our branding.

Excellent Free service. This has allowed me to easily send receipts to clients, so I don't get anymore emails asking for the receipt. The feedback tool is great too. Awesome receipts, easy and free.

Does more than you would expect. Awesome alternative since Shopify has not provided a tool like this. Only unfortunate that you can't deactivate the shopify email going out, but even then Receiptful has a great template to change that automatic shopify e-mail in a Thank you email instead, kind of masking the fact that customer receives 2 e-mails at once!

Loving it! wish i had known about this when I first went live with my store. So easy to use and setup. Definite must have for anyone in e-commerce!

What a great piece of software ! This does so much more than just receipts. It's truly a asset to any store. I highly recommend it. I love it!!

Really an amazing app. Very easy to set up, the receipts really look professionally done, and best of all, the developers don't gimp things by making necessary tools paid add-ons. This is the second ecommerce site that I've used the app for and will continue to use it in the future.

So pleased with this app. Finally my emails look professionally branded rather than how they looked with the plain old Shopify templates. Also using their Product Recommendations service for my site and this works so much better than others I have used and so much simpler to install. Great Support as well. Highly recommended.

A really great app with loads of useful features. At first, I was a little blown back by all the features as I was just expecting a receipt based app but this is everything and more. A great way to interact with customers and to bring back old ones. The customer service is excellent, Julia (the lady who helped me) even created some campaigns to show me what was possible with the app. Recommend!

I found the text receipt that shopify sends by default as generic and remedial. Luckily the Receiptful app filled the void and offers a substantial value. In the few receipts I generated so far the system worked fine and I look forward to improvements. I would recommend this app to any shopify store!

Great app. In first i've tried different apps : one for the receipts, one for the abandoned cart, one for the recommendation product, and so on... 10 $ + 10 $ + 10 $ .... + new setup x number of apps ! I now really enjoy having one app that does all that, and it is so intuitive. Very nice presentation, very easy setting up the templates that are already filled if you wish to benefit from their marketing experience, and if you don't know what to write to your customer, this is enjoyable. Great customer service that always gave answers to my questions in less then 24 hours, even the sunday ;-) So i warmly recommend this app :-) Thanks

A great app, seriously need to give it a go. Made our receipts professional and at the same time gave our customers a reason to come back and rent more motorbikes with us. Cheers guys!

Love this App & Customer service is amazing!!!

A few weeks after starting selling we figured out that we had to go beyond the Shopify templates. And I just don't know why we didn't start with Receiptful from day one ! For the price (0$...) it's amazing what you get, in particular the refer a friend module, on top of everything else. Installation was super easy, the only regret is that we can't get rid of the first Shopify notification message, but the way Receiptful manages that is still very smart. A no brainer for sure.

Coming from Wordpress + Woocommerce to Shopify was quite a jump. This was one of the first apps recommended to us and we haven't been at all disappointed. In fact we were surprised! This should absolutely be the first app you install to improve overall customer experience. We use the free version and it has brought paying customers back to our store for repeat purchases. How cool is that? We had very few when we were using Woocommerce, now we get a few repeats in a week! Oh and it's easy to customize. What more could you ask for really!?
