It's a great app that is developed, instantly sending receipts with recommendations of next purchase for our customers. What we like best too is their discount coupons that are automatically included in the emails sent out. This has brought sales again when our customers purchased within a month of their last purchase. Support from Receiptful is always prompt with reply not beyond 24 hours. A definite app to get for all online shops. Well done!

Love it so far. Not been using if for long but have had several repeat orders already. Any time i have needed help they have contacted me straight away and sorted it. An easy app. Just sorry i did not discover it earlier!

This is a great APP, and has helped with abandoned cart conversion. I definately recommend this APP.

We started implementing the Receiptful platform a few months after starting our ecommerce business. Not only are we seeing more repeat customers, but with the new "Abandoned Cart" feature, we are able to convert otherwise missed sales! Very easy to integrate, and really user friendly! Love it!

Very easy to use and a handy tool to engage with customers after a sale.

Julia was very patient and helpful when we tried to work out some kinks in my test emails. Rather than (as so many support people do!) focusing only on what I was doing (wrong), she looked at the big picture, went back to her end and soon figured out it was just something Receiptful was sorting out. She stayed on it until we were sure our receipts behaved exactly as we wanted.

Receiptful helped us to better communicate with our customers and put our expectations from our website higher than it was before. The app team is extremely proactive and helpful and I would reccomend anyone who aims to increase sales via upsell, promotions and etc.

Amazing support. Julia was quick to respond (even with it being 1:45 a.m.) and answered all of my questions. Receiptful has a dream team.

This is a wonderful app, works seamlessly, easy to setup and use. Customer service is very responsive and helpful, and they are always adding new useful features. We have dozens of apps and this one is one of the top two for ease of use and value. Definitely recommended.

The Receipful app is both simple to use and has most of the features I consider important. The user experience and the way you can design nice looking receipts with very few click is simply impressing. Their stats and dashboard is great and their newly included abandoned cart feature is beyond cool. Highly recommended app for any online store.

I have been using Receiptful since I opened my store. I started with a way to change the default receipts from Shopify because I just didn't like how they looked. Receiptful had a tool that looked great, and worked well and best of all it was FREE! At the time, I had not even sold a single item, so free was good for me. As I began advertising and selling products to customers, Receiptful sent beautiful receipts to my customers with discount codes to entice them to come back with in two weeks (this has never worked for me). With every receipt was also the ability for the customer to provide feedback in a very simple way. They click a green Happy face, or Red sad face. After they click a face, they can provide feedback. We quickly found that although to this day a customer has not used a coupon they mostly provide feedback which has been even more valuable! As we began to grow in website traffic Receiptful added a new feature that helped with Cross-Sells. This was a lacking feature in Shopify, and I was looking for a way to try to convert the 1,000 visitors to my site. I had to upgrade my account to a non-free account to give it a try... So I did... I upgraded my account and updated my liquid files... Within a few hours I got an email from Receiptful telling me I made money! WHAT THE HECK!? :) :) I logged in and found that someone actually bought something from me!!! And they bought it because they saw that product based on the suggestion from Receiptful. After that, more and more started to come in... It worked like a charm! They didn't stop there though. A few weeks later they added a new feature that follow's up with your customers... I was using an external CRM tool to complete this, at another cost of $19.99 a month. I was able to cancel that subscription and use Receiptfuls built in tool. It was a feature I can use with my current cost, and it started to unify the email look and feel that my customers received. Next they added Notification Templates, and although this may not seem like a major feature, to me it changed our business. I did not like how my Account Creation emails looked one way, my invoices looked another, and my follow ups looked like my invoices... When this feature came out, they provided a way to very easily build email templates that you can replace in Shopify. This feature makes EVERY email you send to your customer look the same, in the same format and very easily! When this feature came out, we had a meeting and decided to modify all of our communications. We used this tool to build our emails, and we have seen a response rate of 80% on our emails. Now this is because of the email content, but we would not have been able to so quickly put our strategy in place with this incredible tool. Next they added Cart Abandonment... This is a MUST have! I was using another app on Shopify for this.. but the email templates looked different than the other emails I was sending. This app was another 19.99 and Receiptful has it built in! I configured the abandon cart, and within two days I had a recovery! The customer service is superb. So great that I didn't even have to call them. When I signed up for my pay account, I selected the wrong plan which would have cost me double... Reciptful sent ME an email telling me they suggested I lower my plan based on my sales... I save money, and they get an A+ in my book I rely on Receiptful every day with every order and I will continue to as my business grows and expands. I cannot wait to see what the next set of features they come out with, I'm sure they will be superb. I recommend this app to every store out there.

I couldn't rave enough about how amazing Adii & the team at Receiptful are! There customer service is always outstanding and they are always willing to help and go above and beyond. The product is wonderful and the "value add" is great for any business that wants to do more for their customers as well as creating more revenue generating avenues. Receiptful continues to impress me with their constant innovation & added tools to help me grow my business. I would recommend anyone to use this service as it is outstanding.
