Great app. Makes the email system very simple to set up with their templates. Newsletter function is a bit bare in comparison to other platforms like mailchimp. However, it is much cheaper of an option. Will probably stick with the other features.

I love the application very much. It converts well and and saves my a lot time not having to create follow up emails. Tech Support can be a little slow to returning your questions but tech support reps are friendly and very helpful. I would Highly recommend this App.

Have been really happy with this app Have been speaking with Aleana and she has been more than wonderful! She always responds quickly and always has the perfect answer for everything. Can not rate her customer service high enough! Thankyou Aleana!

I have been using Conversio since the very first day it launched and love the simplicity and effectiveness of the entire system. One of my favourite emails every week is the conversion summary that I receive from Conversio. There’s nothing better than making money while you sleep and Conversio helps make that process as simple as possible.

I wanted to like this app so bad but after the customer service I got I am completely and utterly disappointed! My recommendation is, CHECK YOUR BILLING and the TIER they are charging you for! Apparently the associate and according to her "part owner" said they recently changed their billing (who knew this happened?), quote her, "Our billing system looks at your average monthly orders considering all orders over 12 months." Really? Note that they claimed on their site they charge for what "you actually use" at the end of the month. Which was not true. Their FAQs did not state any of what she was saying. She then let me know they charge at the beginning of the month now on this yearly average, which was no where explained on their website. She was glad I was able to identify this problem for them. Only after going back in forth with me and making some really "smart" rude comments about their billing system she then realized their wrong and finally agreed to refund. I double tripled checked I was now on their FREE plan since I no longer have this as my main store and she AND shopify guaranteed me I was on the FREE PLAN. Now forward 2 billing periods later, and over $140 dollars later they are still charging for a plan I don't use. I only realized Conversio was charging again because I went in to check my charges since they did not make sense (too high). I messaged the same lady and she said she had no idea why they (SHOPIFY) is charging but it's not them charging it's Shopify. Are you serious? The most unorganized and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in Shopify. I am sad I experienced this with with them. Would they run an honest (billing wise) company I would love to have used it for my other projects. BOTTOM LINE FUTURE USERS: CHECK YOUR BILLING AND DON'T TRUST IF THE APP SAYS "FREE PLAN" THEY CHARGE EVEN IF YOU DON'T APPROVE CHARGES OR UPGRADES.

GREAT APP!! amazing results and great value too!

Super happy with Conversio. Allows us to put everything into one system (review requests, newsletters, product recommendations, etc) that we were patch-working together before. Customer service is top-notch, too. Any problems we've run into, or tweaks we need to make is always taken care of it quickly.

Conversio has been such a pleasant surprise! First off, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful - thank you Becs, DeWet and founder Adii. Being able to customize and turn on automation touch points with expert guidance is exactly what we needed and it works. We are converting more customers than ever before with Conversio's abandon cart, win back, follow up, reviews, feedback, etc. The dashboard also provides excellent information so we know what's actually working. Lastly, we look forward to using their newsletter feature and if successful we could save hundreds of dollars per month so I'll be sure to chime in with an update. Thanks Conversio!

This app is a major time saver, with easy to use features and lighting fast support, even during my 30-day trial and now the basic level that I pay for. It comes with pre-built follow-up email sequences and templates that help take the guessing out of my day so I can focus on other more on big picture and creative work that I started my business for. I have 2 young children so the last thing I want to spend time on is to figure out the technology or the right phrases to use on a receipt, coupon, or upset email in the middle of the night. Conversio takes care of of all these things for me. And their "Sales" focus emails help me keep my writing short and sweet (vs spending hours on building a similar campaign on Mailchimp campaign). The interface runs smoothly and fast, which I love. Plus their support team are alway very quick to return with to-the-point answers. You will not be disappointed! The generous 30-day free trial was enough for me to see returns. 2 weeks in, I knew I was keeping the app as one of my highest performing Shopify apps.

Great product. I Found some elements difficult to get humming efficiently but that was more a reflection of my experience than theirs!

I have tried few different email marketing apps but nothing compares to this app. The app works great. The customer service is superb. They are always available to answer any question you have.
