We have this app on four of our stores. Going to start using the Newsletter addon now :) We have used other abandon cart apps but now use Conversio on all - it is the BEST and easiest to use. Support is very good. Full marks for pushing the envelope and continually improving your product!

Have been using Conversio for a few years now as initially was a fantastic app that sent nicely designed receipts to customers when we approved their order. Since changing over to Conversio there have been many many new features added which are very helpful! The team is also quick to respond and knowledgeable which is always good.

We´re using Conversio since a month and it is really a great tool! We love all the features and the support is just great. They are there for you any time and help you with your problems. You also get a lot of interesting fact about your store and great templates for email flows. I would definitely recommend to use this app for your store.

An amazing, all-in-one tool that should be standard on every site looking to improve marketing and sales. Newsletters, customers service, abandon carts, garnering reviews, the list goes on...this app does it all.

Used the free for awhile, switched up to paid version once the trial ends. I would say it's a very helpful app. Although after reaching out twice fro support on a specific question I had, I've been ignored

This app will suck because they will remove the receipt on the free plan. what a fu*kin greedy people.

I currently use Conversio on all three of my e-Commerce sites (as well as recommending it to my consultancy clients) and it's value simply cannot be understated. From the range of features (I mean, how many apps give you email flows, reviews AND search functions among others), to the easy integration and the great notifications, Conversio not only makes business more efficient but so much more effective. It literally prints money! And a 33% abandoned cart recovery rate? That's INSANE! But I'll take it. I am a customer for life.

Really slick app, Conversio totally hits all the marks for everything the modern marketing technologist would want to do. It's like a warehouse of best-practices that integrates with everything.

Been using Conversio since I started my store and have enjoyed being able to offer discount in the receipts and sending abandon cart emails.

This is the best app we have been using and is a must for every Shopify store. We have been using this app for about 2 months and it has generated additional sales; eg: abandoned cart, recommendations and also love the feedback from the customers. Very easy to install.

We've been collecting so many more product reviews since setting this app up! Totally great to have this feature automated.

Conversion has been a wonderful addition to our online strategy at somethingsexyplanet.com. We enjoy great insight and control over our customer lists and the results have been terrific. Customer support is among the best we've experienced in 20 years online. Conversio is an easy choice for any serious Shopify retailer.

The robust receipts and the followup flow, ask for reviews, happy anniversary etc, are wonderful! I have seen a huge increase in the number of reviews I receive since adding Conversio to my store. The fact that I can share them on Twitter & Facebook is a big deal! I was using the free version of Yotpo before switching to Conversio and it would have cost me $400 a month with Yotpo if I wanted that capability. The one drawback is that my customers can only share the review via the email request I send them. They cannot go to my product page and leave a review directly on my website. The Newsletter template is fairly easy to use, but there are a few limitations as well. I'd like to implement a double opt-in when I import a list but that isn't possible as of yet. That being said, the support team is incredible and I'm sure the points that I mentioned will eventually be worked out.
