Excellent service, personalized customer care and overall great experience

Wow! This app really has a lot of the functionality that I was looking for. Automated emails, abandoned cart responses, analytic reports, etc. Awesome and worth the cost. Pays back in a day or two per month!

The Conversio app has been amazing!! I first started using it when it was receiptful and the receipts were so beautiful. They not only send a well designed receipt for each transaction, but there are templates that I can use to add a coupon for the next purchase, social sharing - give your friends 15% and I'll give you $10 when they purchase, and product sharing, quick buy now buttons with photos of my items. BUT the newsletter section is new and I LOVE it. It has quickly become an obsession. I also use another newsletter platform for my bi-weekly newsletter and have no plans to give that up. BUT, I can send out quick deals, specials, coupons on conversio with the same beautiful format as the receipts!! I can't wait to see what they ad next! Love the product and the support has been phenomenal!

The conversion rate is low of abandoned carts. Moreover they stopped all my campaigns and haven't informed me. I lost many sales because of that

I've been with Conversio for well over a year now (possibly nearly 2 years even?) from when they used to go by the name of Receiptful. This is a good business to trade with namely because they are an honest bunch of people with a seriously good idea that converts lost sales very nicely. The set up is pretty simply with any technical help on hand if required. The templates are seriously easy and so effective at getting your message out to customers whether that be sending newsletters, abandoned cart emails or even a 'happy birthday' email with an offer if it's been a year since that customer's first order. There is actually quite a bit more I haven't touched on. All in all, this is a very powerful app that is excellent value for money. I switched my newsletter client from Mail Chimp to Conversio and also my product reviews from Trustpilot to Conversio - I do not regret either decision with my costs going down and my conversion increasing. Conversio isn't quite "perfect" and with anything there's always room for improvement but what's really great to see is a willingness and drive to make those improvements almost month on month in some instances. Great support & a no brainer for businesses large or small.

Great I love this email service. First of all, billing is by order volume, not by emails sent (which is great)! Second, the functions are really easy to use and setup email funnels. Third, customer service is amazing (they even helped me setup my first newsletter campaign). Fourth, results are ever better!! Only suggestion is it be great if you could raise the 50k email newsletter cap. Otherwise keep killing it.

This is the most Incredible software, completely worth every penny. Works flawlessly and the staff are so incredible, they really care about my business and i feel like my best interests are always served. 10 out 10 an absolute must!!!!!!!

I was using this app for years... Recently, they changed it to premium only which is fine, but never let me know they would delete all of my data including feedback data if I didn't switch over (I would have exported it had I known) I expressed my disappointment and they emailed me saying it would cost $100/hr to recover the data. LOL. You decide if you would like to work with these people, I have moved on.

Really great App and proved it's money worth within the first week of using it. The people at conversio are also really helpful if you have any questions or issues. Within 24hours they resolved an issue that I had (the issue wasn't the app's fault). One of the biggest plusses for me is that in addition of creating a great email workflow they can also create customised discounts in shopify.

Great platform - really easy to use, everything in one place. No more swapping between apps. Only pay for what you need on a fair, tiered, payment system. The best thing is the support - they are always quick to reply and have heaps of instructional content, if that doesn't solve the problem they get straight on to finding a solution, always friendly. 5 stars - highly recommend. Since I've started using Conversio, my turn over has increased dramatically. I have also had a number of issues that I needed support for. The team always answered every question and did their absolute best to help sort out the issues. Overall, very happy!
