Alex offers great support and a timely fashion - the support channel in general offers their services as quickly as possible and provides amazing results - great app!

Excellent app. It would need some more implementation (price filter, possibility to customize the design more) but it works well! The support team is very friendly and helpful.

CloudSearch has been the best search app we have used with Shopify yet. The search function and customization is really helpful in streamlining your customer's search process. Their support team is also bar none. They are quick to make any design changes you need in regards to the search and your store design.

Not only is the app awesome so is the customer service. Nikita helped me set it up so it worked exactly as I wanted it to. Plus he added a full search bar (not just magnifying icon) to both the mobile and desktop versions of my site. Highly reccomend!

I'm using this app to add filters to the Shopify Brooklyn theme. The app works well, is easy to understand, and their support was great (they helped me get it installed and gave me some extra code bits to get it aligned with the pre-existing sort on the same line).

amazing app, and this is from someone who just deleted it. the support is friendly, helpful, & good at what they do, and the app functions amazingly—you can't beat instant cloud search suggestions for free. the only reason i'm deleting is because as my my store grows, i'm slowly getting rid of the many many apps i have that perform tasks i can code myself, which i installed as a time saving move when i first started. i also can't afford any extra for pro, or i would hop on that. either way, great job.

Cloudsearch does a fantastic job of assisting us in showing our visitors the items which best match the intent of their search. Definitely a 5-Star app!

After 3 days, sales started to rise in dollar volume. Couple that with great customer service and you and your customers will have a winner. As soon as you start typing a search word on the category page, a drop-down menu starts giving a customer that meets what they want. For example, type in the word blue and you will see every item in every category that has Blue as a selection, Blue Shoes, Blue Purse, Blue Dresses etc, etc. This company actually cares and makes suggestions to help improve the look and feel of your web page

Love Love Love this search app. Its everything we ever wanted when it comes to our customers finding a product whether mis-spelt or not. If only shopify search bar could function like this app.

It took me a while to compare all apps with the search and filter feature, also tried a few, and this is absolutely the best! And it comes with a great price and better features than the more expensove other apps. Also the support is very friendly and helpful!

The predictive search feature of this app works great! And, when I asked customer service to make customize the placement of my search bar, they responded very quickly and did a fantastic job!
