One of the few apps we've used which definitely deserve a recommendation, here is why: 1. Design is UI-friendly and easy 2. Installing and controlling the app proofs to be easy, while maintaining a good level of control over what is shown and where. 3. Light on loading times. 4. Support - When installing the app I had a request which got handled quickly and smoothly by the support team. I think that Good support means a lot when working with outside apps, and cloud-search proved to have a very good one.

This app is perfect for creating easy to shop filters. The search feature allows you to create synonym search terms to make sure your customer can find exactly what they're looking for. The support team is extremely quick and help in making the filters fit your page and design. They have helped me several times. Highly Recommend.

Very easy to install and great functions. I needed some adjusting on where filters were to be applied on specific pages of my website and the app developers were amazing help. They had accessed my store and customise the codes to accomodate this for me even though I was on the free plan. I will definitely be a paying customer after the trial period ends.

We love the app, price is reasonable and support has been phenomenal. The search feature blows away standard Shopify and beats all the other apps we considered. Partial word search and intelligent misspelling recognition are just the beginning. As you type, the item list is dynamically built complete with product images and available product info. Filtering on the resulting search page is icing on the cake. Support was quick to respond and implemented minor changes in my store theme to enhance search operation beyond the default. Results are presented fast, with no apparent overhead added to the site.

Really useful app, and developers are helpful, too ! Had a problem with translations, but it was sorted quickly and effectively. Very cool !

Easy to use, it do what we want. If we could translate in frensh the words "filters" and "sort by" it could be better

Ease of installation is by far the best thing about this app – requires a few lines of code and doesn't butcher your theme unlike the other apps I tried. The support team worked with me on multiple requests to customize it as needed. If they release an alias feature to set up custom filter names, I'll be using them on several other storefronts.

Great search app that is on another level than the generic Shopify search bar. Lots of great features but the best part seems to be their customer service! Top notch for sure, I highly suggest this search app to anyone looking to improve their search results.

This app is a huge improvement over the standard Shopify search. The correct products are immediately displayed with prices after just a few keystrokes, even if misspelled. The developer team was very helpful in getting the app to also include custom meta fields. I especially appreciate the weekly email report showing which terms were matched to existing products and which terms customers are searching for but for which we don't have products available yet.

This is truly one of the apps I could not live without. As an automotive parts store, it is essential that I have a search bar that will help customers find the items they need by searching their vehicle details. I love the reporting, the instant search results, and the overall functionality of this app.

This app works great in my store. Shopify search only works if the search term EXACTLY matches the product, but this app has made searching for products in my store so easy. Their filters also automatically pull product identifiers from the store, and set up is super easy. Their customer service is also top notch! They had the app automatically customized to fit my store theme.

I am loving this search engine because this fulfill my requirement. i hope, they will introduce app for ios and andriod so that we will go for another requirement too.

We are using for both stores, Winerie and ilVino, and as usual, the suport is amazing, like the app!

I love being able to customize how our filters are presented. We had some technical issues at first but they were quickly addressed and resolved.

This app has been superb to help our customers navigate through our site via both search and filter tools. We've gotten the best possible service from Nikita, who's been helping out with both design and technical changes. Normally he answers within a couple of hours and fixes each problem right away! We could easily set up conditions with tags, product types etc to make the filtering fit for our needs and products. Really recommend this app for both smaller and bigger companies!

The backend has been easy to navigate and use. The front end is wonderfully designed and is user friendly. My favorite part of this app is the wonderful support! If I ever have an issue, they respond quickly and resolve the issue in no time. Wish they made all the apps on Shopify.

We installed the app to enable our customers to sort products by size, colour and brand. The result is working very good - and the layout also looks good on both desktop and mobile device. Only "negative" experience is that we found it difficult to make the installations ourselves. Somehow we didn't manage to create the filters and layouts as we wanted - but perhaps that's just us and our lack of computer skills....? Luckily their support team is excellent! So now we have a well functional filter and search solution for our web shop. Thanks Alex and cloudsearch team :)
