The only whatsapp app you will ever need for your shopify store, trust me I have tried plenty of them by now. The essential features are free and they have great CRM integration which brings contextual information while chatting with customers on whatsapp web. They are also very very prompt with service, hardly any downtime if ever. It would have been a 5-star app if it also let whatsapp chat with all the customers not just abandoned carts.

I am testing this application and the truth is that I am LOVED! It is very useful analyze the failures of the store and be able to optimize it to improve...

Firts time using this app I felt it was very simple and easy to manage. I could easily change the appearance of the icon on my store, create messages and save them... and the best: to see the abandoned carts in one of the guides on the top of the screen. I have tried different apps for chating... I have never being so satisfied with an chat/whatsapp app as I am now with this one.

It is an excellent application! Very easy to use, it has the advantage that customers can be sent WhatsApp both in an automated way or send a message about their abandoned cart as many times as I want. On the other hand, I also have the benefit of adding the whatsapp icon on my website to be in contact with my clients.

I am really surprised with this app, didnt know what to expect from it before installing because it is free. The settings are pretty simple and you instantly get a whatsapp contact on your store. And the abandoned cart tool is great, you can send whatsapps directly to customers that started shopping but dindt completed an order. It is pretty awesome because here in Mexico, whatsapp is the most common way of contact. Thanks!

Incredible App, helped me bring back abandoned order customers swiftly. Please add an option to save submitted customer's contact in .csv or .vcf format, it would help maintain the potential customer list for future marketing activity. This app is very fast and sleek. It takes the customer straight to your store's official WhatsApp number which is amazing. It automatically sends out abandoned cart recovery messages, you can set up the template. Also, the icon is quite small, so it doesn't interfere with my store's layout or call to action buttons. Just what I was looking for really. Highly recommend it. It's free! :)

I tried couple of apps for integrating whatsapp support for my website. I found all very complexed. The best part with this app is, its very user friendly. People like me who are not very Pro in technology can even use ever of its feature without any complications.
