Cette application m'a aidé a redupérer des paniers abandonnés cependant en dehors de l'abonnement il y a encore des frais que j'ai payé je sais pas pourquoi ca doit être les frais de messages qu'ils envoient.

Easy to setup and awesome support.I have used this app for multiple stores and asked Sivaram to do some changes as well and he has always been super prompt. I am still on the free version and its good enough for a small store.

Started with free plan then paid version and then automated messages. Must have application for your e-com store. It is proven that the open rate for whatsapp messages and sms is close to 98% which is prty awesome. Take the paid version. This app pays for itself. Good job team. Thanks

E' la seconda volta che devo confrontarmi con l'assistenza clienti di questa APP e devo dire che sono veloci ed esaurienti. Ho saputo che l'App è in sviluppo ulteriore anche se quanto fa oggi è già importante, e questo è importante perché significa che rimarrà al passo delle necessità del mercato. Parlando del canale WAPP non posso che consigliarla.

Ci sono 2 motivi per cui è necessario scaricare questa app sul proprio store Shopify: 1) il tasso di dialogo con i clienti non ha eguali con altri canali come ormai è noto ... 2) il servizio clienti di questa app che mi ha assistito potrebbe sostituire il team di pit stop di un team di F1 per velocità ed efficienza. A differenza di tutte le altre recensioni ermetiche vi racconto cosa hanno fatto per me ieri! Stavo configurando l'app sul mio negozio shopify quando ho notato che in una sezione annunciavano nuove funzionalità in arrivo ma che contattandoli le avrebbero sbloccate per farmele testare ... ho detto ok, proviamo a scrivere ma figurati se mi rispondono ... incredibile ma vero mi hanno risposto in pochi secondi e già qui la dice lunga sul servizio ... hanno identificato il negozio prima che glielo dicessi ... quasi predittivi ... hanno attivato le 3 nuove funzionalità in 1 minuto ... il tempo di un caffè. Quindi installa immediatamente questa app se WA è importante per te nella tua strategia di comunicazione. Grazie ancora a tutta la squadra
