Really good app, would give it 5 stars, but would be nice to have better order tracking (i.e. through entering the order number) and more functionality in the text editor. Great support from Emily! Thanks for your help!!

The best and easiest plugin I've ever used! Perfect experience. The support team solved all my reques within 10 minutes, they can even customize the widgt to my preference with CSS, can't imagine it's a free plugin. I love it, thank you, Esther.

Looking for FAQ widget. Avada surprised me with additional features too. Made my work so easy with wonderful features out of box for free. Searchable FAQs in chat is my favorite. **Update: App is very responsive, has everything needed and the customer service was wonderful- Highly recommend** So far the app seems to be just what I need- Although I just started playing around with it- Had 1 small hiccup, but customer service (Hakeem) was very quick and efficient in taking care of it!
