It is a very good application so far, customer service is very good and they have been very helpful. Of course there are aspects that need to be improved.

Super responsive, easy to learn. For a professional FAQ I recommend it, I use it on my site and it's really clean. Very easy to add categories with relevant questions

App is free to use that offers a lot of functions that we need including FAQs, faq categories, faq page. Setup is also pretty easy. I needed some help with some specific questions, Emily responded at their support live chat right away. She is very helpful and provided all the details that I need. Only 1 thing that I wish the app could have is the built in live chat. It would be the perfect fit for our company need.
