Just installed the app and although I don't have results on the chargeback just yet, I can say: 1.) The product is well built and designed. 2.) My customer service agent, Boaz, is amazing. Great communications, understood the problem, was able to answer my questions very well. I'm looking forward to seeing how well they fight my case!

I wasn't sure what to expect when signing up for these guys. We a lot of our cases but we wanted to let someone else handle it for a change and increase our win rates. I have to say I am not disappointed and they are extremely thorough. I was literally blown away by the depth of info they had on an order in dispute. None of the cases we handled ourselves had as much info so I would imagine their win rate is considerably higher. After signing up Mr Edelman contacted me for a 30 minute chat. He really sealed the deal for me. Highly recommend these guys to take the stress away from disputes for PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments etc.

WOW!! JUST GET THIS!! I was leary ..but it relieved me of fake hustler customers !! Chargeflow.. I was stressed out with the few fraudulent chargebacks customers were doing, since I see my customers face to face and it is a custom measured business, . and my contact guy Boaz is on point !! First of all, the customer support is fantastic. So glad that their customer service is still a real human, it's so rare these days. Their employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and go the extra mile to assist you. So professional! Second, the app is intuitive. So it was easy to use and so easy to set up. Third, this company has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders by handling inquiries, claims, and disputes. The number of times Charge flow saved us from customers using chargeback as a way to get free stuff. Highly recommended app for anyone who deals with online payments on this platform.

So far, the communication between their team and our team has been phenomenal. The setup was very quick and minimal steps to get up and running. This app should be on everyone's store. Not only does this app automate chargebacks on Shopify and Stripe (better than most of us too), but it also handles all PayPal inquiries, disputes, and claims. The best part is that it doesn't even feel like your paying for the service because they only charge you a small portion of recovered dispute fee.

Excellent app, and amazing onboarding experience as well as customer service to not only make sure we're getting the most of the app, but also providing useful advice on Chargebacks in general beyond the scope of the app. Thank you!

I am so happy to have downloaded Chargeflow. I had a chargeback that I lost last year because I handled it on my own although the customer was in the wrong as they still have my product and the was rewarded their money back. Fast forward to today, I've gotten a second chargeback which I now feel comfortable that Chargeflow has my back.
