The only thing this app does well is sync orders. Beyond that, it's complicated and clumsy to set products up to sync to eBay. Once done though, the syncing is very finnicky and, for us, has never worked without manual intervention. Code seems held together with string and tape. Chatted with support, who opened a ticket for us 11 days ago. No response from CEDCommerce despite us following up.

Connection between app and shopify is great, a little bit to set up but once your set everything else is seamless from there. Customer service is also very responsive.

Some hiccups at the start but support was really good. Pricing is rigid (I'd prefer them to charge a comission on sale or have that option so that smaller merchants can use there services easier) but that is up to their own discretion. Decent app overall.

I was dubious about taking on another app to migrate my stores items to ebay but I'm glad I took a chance. Ced Commerce have been more than helpful and patient with me and I couldn't reccommend them enough, their support is top tier at all times of the day. I've only had this app a month or so but so far everything has been great!

It had everything I needed, and I got excellent support to help set it up. Not to mention it's free for what I need!

App does not synch with shopify, i kept selling items on my shopify store that would not be removed from ebay. i then contacted customer support many times and despite spending many hours on live chat the problem was never resolved. this has cost me quite a lot of money over the last few months and i will be looking for a more reliable piece of software, dissapointed.
