Once eBay decided to deprecate its app, we needed to find another solution. CedCommerce eBay Integration was the perfect solution for us. It was easy to set up and move forward with our listings. Whenever we had a question, the help chat window is always available. The response we get is immediate and the follow-up is the best I have seen for any application. Very responsive and helpful when I've asked questions. App functions well when setup is correct. Had to tweak the inventory settings slightly to get items unlisted when stock ran out. Guidance and support were brilliant!

The app works well for us. We use it to synchronise inventory between Shopify and Ebay and to import orders to Shopify from Ebay. The support is really great too. Happy to recommend this app.

Support was amazing in helping me get to know the app. II have increased sales tremendously with this app and encourage anyone who wants to do the same to download it! Excellent eBay integration application, you need to have knowledge of the marketplace to be able to use it but the assistance is quick and efficient in answering all the questions that arise. The assistance is carried out via chat in the application and a dedicated whatsapp or skype group is also created with various members of the assistance team, so as to always have a quick response and keep a history of the conversations Thanks to all the team, good job

After a few teething issues and a very helpful customer service representative I have become extremely happy with this app. Once I got my head around the 'profiles' and 'templates' the app became user friendly. It out performs the previous one I was using by leaps and bounds. Although I haven't yet delved into all the corners of this app I'm sure with the helpful customer support staff will guide me with little to no drama. Thank you support team!

I'm new to the eBay Integration by CedCommerce. When I try to upload it to eBay, I received all sorts of error. The support team was very patient with me as they guide me through the process step-by-step until I'm finally able to handle it on my own. Thank you for your patience!

I was not a happy camper when Shopify no longer used Ebay integration. I went on the app store and found CedCommerce ebay integration, it seemed so difficult to use, ( which it really wasn't, it was just new to me). I set up a call with the team to walk me through and boy were they right on top of answering my questions and showing me what to do. Any questions I had after they were able to help me through the chat. I think at first it's intimidating, but once you get over it, it's easy to navigate.

Really helpful customer service, and quick to repsond, simple integration with shopify, I'm hopin it will make life a lot smoother.

Initial setup was a little confusing but the support team was very helpful and quick to respond, which made things much easier. We've had a few hiccups here and there with items not syncing correctly, but everything was resolved fairly quickly when I reached out for assistance. So far we've been happy with the app.
