Great app to sync Amazon orders. Excellent customer support. Abhipraya was very helpful, supportive and patient in answering to all my questions and responded right away to get things working. I was using another app and there technical support went from good to bad. The folks at CED Commerce have been trying very hard to explain the new Amazon app and have made every effort to guide me through product templates. When you need help, Chat is open most always.

I'm currently using the app. Extremely useful, automating the orders and the tracking info between Shopify and Amazon (we used to do this manually, now everything is automated). User friendly interface, it has all features to be relieved from some daily manual actions. Customer service is extremely helpful and reactive (a few hours to fix a problem, available on WhatsApp and Skype, professionals). I highly recommend this app

If you have any problems with this app - their customer support never gives up until they resolve it. I don't think I've had a company that does so much for their customers. My shop is running smoothly with this app!

Had issues with uploading products on amazon. I contacted their live chat and was really amazed as they responded right away. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to help me resolve my issue right away. Thumbs Up!!!

What I like most about this app is the quick support that is provided by the team at CedCommerce. If I run into any issues they are on top of it within minutes. It works much better than the alternative Amazon app, and inventory is automatically synced.

Marking at 4 stars, because in the transition, we had a few issues getting started. Otherwise, service team is 5-stars for sure! They've been excellent teammates in sorting those issues and answering other questions / confirming accuracy of other changes we made. Excited to work with them going forward!

A very good app, can't even compare with the previous one, you can very easily and quickly add everything that Amazon allows, but if something doesn't work out or you don't know, then the guys who work here help instantly, and they can fix everything very quickly, very recommend this app. A big thank you separately for the guys who I work with.

This is a worthy replacement to the previous Amazon Channel management app by Shopify. There was just a learning curve at first, but CedCommerce's team has been very helpful on assisting me live. All apps do have a learning curve one way or another, but what's important is the support so that you can seamlessly integrated it with your workflow. Five-starts! Good job team!

Switched over from the Amazon sales channel app to this. The first-time setup was a little difficult for me, but your support team was very helpful. I also use other CedCommerce apps like Walmart and Etsy, and I can't be happy more. Highly recommended!
