This is very useful and must have app for Amazon-Shopify linking ! We are using it for 3 years and they have great Support team for help.

I had an Issue loading product in the beginning but initially got it taken care of. Rep helped me and stuck with me the whole way through. would recommend.

I highly recommend this service. There were a couple of things I didn't understand completely and it was hindering me from moving forward and uploading my product onto Amazon. The rep helped me. He walked me through the process I needed and even asked me to follow up to ensure my issue that is left is completed so my product can be uploaded. I appreciate you all for having amazing reps and for ensuring we as store owners have help when needed.

I was getting a lot of error in uploading my products but thanks to customer care, I am finally able to list my product in Amazon.

Easy to understand and link products to Amazon. Support showed me step by step how to change each attribute and fix errors. The support team was very helpful and was available for immediate help.

I used the chat service since I had some error messages when uploading products and I was connected via Google Meet and was guided step by step on how to correctly input the information to correct the issues.

When I was having trouble getting products to upload, a tech person set up a Google Meet with me and showed me how to fix things during a screen share. VERY helpful!

The guys are super helpful - had a few issues with the setups but the support responds quickly to queries, I'm not there yet but hopefully will have things sorted soon.

I have been using this app for a few weeks to slowly start listing some of our products on Amazon. It took a little getting used too but it gets easier the more you use it. If I get stuck I just open the chat and ask a question, there is always someone ready and willing to help.

Whenever there's a problem, just need to send a text and they are on! They are very helpful and we never had to fix the errors ourselves.
