I highly recommend CedCommerce to anyone looking to succeed on Amazon!

I was having issues learning to use this platform but the customer service rep Mohd. Shadab Khan was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I am very satisfied with this service!

Thank you, Overall, my experience with CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been mixed. The application itself can be good, but it's very inconsistent, especially when uploading products. The process of uploading products has been frustrating due to this inconsistency. Initially, I hired the team behind the application to help me upload and manage my products on Amazon. At first, they provided great customer service with good communication, which was the main reason I started using their services. However, over time, their service quality has declined significantly. It has become incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone for assistance or support. The lack of responsiveness and deteriorating service quality have made it nearly impossible to rely on them for help. Considering the current state of their service, I am contemplating switching to a different application for my Amazon needs. The decline in customer service and support availability has made it challenging to continue using CedCommerce Amazon Channel effectively.

Amazing Support. I was trying a competitor's app and they offered no screen sharing support and they tried doing everything through a chat box. I wasted months of subscription with them and once I switched over to CedCommerce they solved all my problems and made everything so much cleared in just 20 mins. Amazing. I am kicking myself for taking so long to switch. Their backend platform is so much more cleared and easier to navigate as well. Highly recommended!!! Also you should have your entire team managed by Mannu Singh. He's your most knowledgeable and best agent. I have spoken with some of them and they aren't all as good. But he's really really clear on how to solve issues. Please have him train your entire team!

This 5-star review is especially for Mannu and not the whole team. Mannu was the only one able to help and resolve my issues thoroughly. He walked me through every step and was very patient listening to my concerns. I wished I got more stars to rate his attitude and customer service. For other associates, to be honest, they're hopeless and not proactive and are incapable at all.

Mannu is a great tech person, he is helping me understand the ced app and has taken the time to show me step by step how to upload on Amazon

CedCommerce is a very useful tool that helps me link Amazon with Shopify. I had some issues with the set up initially but the customer services was very helpful and helped me sort it out very quickly and kindly. really appreciated their help. Thank you Mansi!

Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.

Is working good overall. Some bugs and delays sometimes. Support answers quick. Technical Tickets issues takeabout 24hours. -1 Star, The support team is overly enthusiastic and repeatedly follows up with requests for sales or feedback/reviews and asks for screenshot of review.
