captured more unknown than actual emails. I tested out my own email and still listed it as unknown. not helpful and it is useless.

A+ customer service from Alex Mason and the rest of the CareCart team. Would absolutely recommend the app on that alone. We needed a way to configure the email templates to be plain HTML instead of the default templates in the CareCart app, and since there wasn't an option to do so, we reached out to their support team to see if that was possible. Alex Mason from customer support responded to us, and he and the team were beyond helpful. We could tell they worked hard to accommodate our requests and in the end, we had what we needed. Many thanks to Alex and the team!

This could be well one of the best abandoned cart recovery app ever written. On my previous store, this works on the second day of my installation during my trial period. Wonderful app and will recommend it to others for sure! :)

Please don't use this, We have proof this has exposed all different store's customer and other details. Don't use it, please. Update Jan 10 - We have been contacted by CareCart on this and are providing further details to help them investigate this data breach. Update Jan 31 - After tireless efforts from our team we collaborated with theirs in addressing a major outbreach within the application. For our help Care Cart had offered us a lifetime access which has been revoked without even an explanation. We are highly disappointed by this.

Of tremendous potentials an app, yet I have tangible result to say more .It is a marvelous concept nonetheless .

Care Cart's customer service has been excellent. They are very responsive and helpful and work with me to fix the issue.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Collected email, customer went to checkout and this app did not mind to send automatic email. As I see in instruction it tells that this app sends emails AUTOMATICALLY. I dont know what are you trying to fool, but your app is like dust - useless. Better delete this app

Very Bad!!!!! it's only collection unknown e-mail. there are much more better aps then this. Please don't install!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great app, its really complete and easy to use, i recommand it to anyone whise looking for an app like this.

Pricing is inconsistent... app page says $8.99 but when you upgrade through the app it is $29. Defiantly does not give us much faith in the apps reliability.

It's useless. Don't capture any emails from customers. It sees that someone has abandoned the cart and left its email behind, but the app won't see the email address. Good bye care cart.

I've emailed twice now with regards to a bug i have spotted but had no response? Your popup to get users to enter in their email dosn't work correctly. A user adds an item to their cart then when navigating around the site it keeps popping up prompting them to enter an email, this is REALLY annoying and should only pop up once when adding to the cart or have a minimum number of times it is shown If this is fixed it would be a pretty good app!

this app is a bank for your buck, very intuitive and easy to setup. yes, it is free, what more do you want.
