favourite abandoned cart app by far + the little extra features are a gem! Would highly recommend this app for everyone

This app has helped recover so many customers it's actually insane. Love what this app does. I had a little trouble with one of the features not going away when I would disable it, so I had to put in a ticket to get some help removing it. They were extremely responsive and fast in solving my issue. Great customer service! I highly recommend!

This cart makes money. I use it as my abandoned cart capture and it does it's job. Set it up and it works in the back ground following up to make sales. Don't know what else to say about it

I have been using this app for a whole year. Half a month ago, I wanted to try other email marketing apps, but the results were unsatisfactory. It may also be that I am used to their product flow and logic. So I have reinstalled Abandoned Cart Recovery Email. Yes, this is the most suitable for me. Their customer service is also very responsible.

Finally an app with a reasonable lifetime payment. The monthly paid shopify apps are such a rip off. This app works great and great support. Highly recommend it. (To the team - hope you always keep the lifetime payment option as this puts you way above your competition)

The app is too slow, it is very difficult to know how it works. Do not see any tutorial or video in the app

We recommend the Abandoned Cart Recovery app. It continually does as promised by reaching out to our customers that have left the site and bringing them back to purchase. It allows us to recapture sales that we would have otherwise lost. Some apps need tweaking over time and this one has required very little maintenance. Since set up, it has worked well without causing any other issues on our site.

The app is working well on the store, also support team is quick to respond to queries. Thanks for the great app.

We use this app to assist with abandon carts as well as draft orders that customers plan on completing at a later date. The customer service team is top-notch and super helpful. The app also has several other sales features we haven't tried out yet but plan to in the near future.

I used this app for over a month now so that I can do a proper review of my 'personal experience'.....Yes its easy to use and setup...but didn't work for my store...Hence rated 3 Star. But there is no harm in trying it for free.

This app is great! It works perfectly for our needs and allows us to convert those abandoned sales easily and quickly. I personally use it to help clients put together a wishlist and I ultimately upsell them based on their preferences. I tell them, add the products in the cart you like, and follow the process all the way through to checkout. Prior to adding your payment information, I tell them to "X" out of the page. This then triggers the abandoned cart, and I can now see what the client likes and make sales suggestions based on their cart. If you don't have this app yet, GET IT!!

I'm using this app as an email collector which it has been doing well, I find using the app pretty simple and straightforward.

Finally, found an app that pretty much has features I need and it is working well on my store. Thanks to the great support team too for being quick to customizing for me.

I left a previous review relating to this app slowing down my website. The customer support was excellent in addressing the issue, and even tried to help further improve our website speed. One word of caution is that if you have multiple apps that have abandoned cart features, there could be an interaction between all the apps that causes website speed issues. Make sure you website is running at the same speed after installing new apps relating to this feature.

App is great and easy to set up. Quick answers to my questions from a very friendly support team which is great! Its simple and to the point for recovering abandoned checkouts. Recommended!

useless app and poor customer care support..it is not working properly....after uninstallation of this app my shopify abandoned cart is not working

We love this app. Better part of app is Multi featured but Best part is Support. Care Cart Support is amazing. they are ready for customize app according to client which increase its output. every app is differnet and every theme is different. we need support to customize app and Team Care Cart make it happen. we are happy. just one issue--- Shopify don't allow us to give 6 Star :)

Very useful app! Sends 3 mails to the customer. You decide after how long will each one be sent, easily customized and it looks pretty great! Only thing is, you need to do some basic HTML for advanced text editing. Support is great as well, communicative and they even did some editing for me!

I would love to test the app, but can anyone explain to me how to get the free plan? When I try to install the app, I have to buy the premium plan, but I would like to test the free plan before deciding to switch the plan. I will update the review if I discover how to try the free plan.
