This app has wonderful service. If you need help even selecting the right type of deal to create, this team is awesome. They give you great assistance and insight onto how to use the app the best way, and how to get the most out of it. I've used the chat feature a number of times for assistance, and have always gotten top notch service. Espeially today from Roziel. Great app and people behind it.

Very good value. The combo product functionality helped us improve the stocktake with our PIM and improve the UX for customers buying bundles. The customer service is friendly and responsive. Our ecomm lead has recommended PickyStory to three other vendors since we employed it on our site. We've had do to a bit of CSS customising to get it perfect within our theme and there are sometimes some things popping up that we don't want, but a chat to customer service fixes it. If you compare the cost of PickyStory against web development for customised bundle functionality, this is such good value.

I used this app to create a build a bundle and got stuck but the support was incredible and now I feel confident to create these on my own.

I've used lots of bundle apps but they pale in comparison to PickyStory. The support system is awesome and the platform itself, mindblowing. So clean, so polished and so worth it.

This app was exactly what i needed for my store. I wanted to have style suggestions on products and I was able to accomplish just that with this app. I did have some issues but Mary in customer service went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend especially for boutique owners!

The app is great in terms of integrating perfecty onto the website and it lets you create a lot of different specific bundles. BUT I had a lot of issues to reach the final result (and I still have): 1) Many times the app "failed" in recognizing products, not loading images or worst not including the price of a specific product in the bundle 2) If I try to use the "advance" option to set the bundle on a specific URL (in this case the shop the look gallery) the "set position on page" doesn't work. Every time I try to use it, it highlights the area I want to use but the widget does not appear. 3) I wrote the assistance to fix this problem and after 2 days of chatting the problem is still there, plus I can't write to the assistance every time I need to replace the widget, it would take too long to finalize a bundle 4) I've chat with 3 assistants and a person said I can't place the widget in a certain way and another person said I can.... 5) I have to pay for this app and it doesn't work properly....I'm currenty on trial period and will soon decide if I want to keep it or not, at the moment is a big NO

Great app with tons of features. I had a couple of things that I was unsure of but their support was very fast and very helpful. Definitely recommended!

This app looks nice (that's why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1) It displays the collections/looks nicer than other apps. But that's about where it ends.. The functionality is based on discount codes which doesn't work for a lot of scenarios. Then I am having problems with the discount not showing in the cart (it shows in checkout but not in cart) which is confusing for customers and leads to drop-outs as they think they are not getting the bundle discount. I submitted the issue on 3rd March, it is now the 30th and they still don't have a solution. The only reply I have had is when I chased them about it and they said they are still working on it. 2 weeks ago...

I've tried several bundle apps and this is the most complete and easy to use and it produces good looking widgets unlike some others I tried that would have required messing with the CSS. The service via chat responds immediately.

Responded so quickly when I used the chat service. UI is pretty as well, some of the other bundling apps look quite ugly.

That's a fantastic app, have tried many others and only PickyStory has covered all my needs for bundles with the "Shop the Look" feature. It is easy to use and its functions are amazing. Hopefully, they will be able to implement an option to rename the "Shop the Look" button soon. The support team is top-notch, Mary and Amor are great and always willing to help. Very recommended.

Used app to help me with bundle/combo product discounts. Have tried quite a few different apps to accomplish this but this one works and looks the best. Easy to use and support is awesome for any questions I have.

Amazing customer service and simple to use I started using PickyStory to create bulk discount deals but then added bundles, BOGO and mix and match. Since installing it many more items and bundles have become available and it gets better with time. What really sets them apart is that the personal customer service is amazing. I am in Australia and every time I have needed help I have had a reply within minutes from a real person that solves my problem immediately. I definitely recommend.

I downloaded this app yesterday and it has been very useful so far. There is a lot to learn about it and the PickyStory live chat has been extremely responsive and helpful!

I've only just started using this app, but I like this app a lot. I really have to say their support via their chat service is very responsive and extremely helpful. Very happy so far!

They indicate that the basic price is $9.50 but it is not, it is really $14.50. Change the price and do not cheat, I hate these companies that put hidden prices. I proceed to remove my subscription.

The app is working great! Excellent technical support :) They helped me to start using my combos and they solved all my doubts!
