had a couple hiccups I couldn't get settled myself. These issues among a TON of great advice & super friendly & very timely service, Emile & Annie got us down the right path!!!!!

This was fairly easy to set up and its user friendly. I can't wait for them to develop a way for customers to sign up and earn points at POS.

This app seems very good, I have just installed it a few days ago. The team is very supportive and answers every question and gives solutions very quickly. Emile and Daisy are doing a great job! As the app is new, any minor situations which may occur are resolved immediately. I recommend this app for a loyalty program on your website.

Totally out of my expectation, whereas I can customise all the language, color and design on my side. Also I love the real CS which is not a bot and really promptly and proactively checking if the app applied to my website well. I love the logic which I can set for the points earning especially to encourage clients to interact with my Social Media platform!

So simple to use and set up. Only took a few minutes to get up and running. Hopefully it will increase my sales.

I had an amazing set up experience with this app. Unlike other apps I was able to customize my program and give my customers lots of different ways to earn and redeem point to keep them coming back. The customer service was amazing and super responsive while helping me learn to navigate the super intuitive dashboard. This app is very easy to install and set up within the store. Looks nice and easy to customise the text and colours etc. We have been looking for an app like this for sometime and this does seem to fit the purpose and the best thing it is currently free. Had some questions regarding the app and the support has been fantastic and very quick replies from Emile and Daisy who provided the answers to my questions. Looking forward to using and hope it retains customers with the reward points.

From the very beginning this app is easy to navigate and set up for your business' needs. One quick question with the team and they are readily available to help you, and if not due to Timezones they get back to you as quickly as they possibly can when they are back. They are complimentary and so helpful with everything. Even just taking a look at your site and providing some feedback :) The team I've spoken to so far is Emile and Daisy and they are both lovely to work with and I know there is going to be no issues :) Very excited for new things coming to the app after mentioning a few things that would be desirable :) Thank you for all of your help so far!

Customer service is responsive and provide great service. The app works pretty well and it's pretty clean and able to customize on lots of settings.
