We tried several competitors in this field, 7 in total, none had more than they have. Customer service is kind and effective and always there when you need them. Emile and the team helped a lot when I had an issue. Definitely recommended.

Rarely have I received such an excellent and quick support. Emile from Support and Kyle from Dev took care of my problem in a matter of minutes. Not hours or days, minutes! The UI/UX is simple, well thought and good looking. I definitely encourage you to try it out, especially for this price, there is no better solution out there. Thank you!

This app is great. You can remove their branding, customize it to your liking. Their support is awesome. Tracy helped me today 1/27/22 and it was all smooth sailing from there.

I have tried a lots of loyalty applications including Smiles. I am taking my time and writing this detailed review because Bon Loyalty Team is amazing. The application is free and it has much better customization and multi language support features then most of the paid apps. The support they provided is excellent. I was in touch with many people in the team and they all are caring and kind. They do their best to help you and believe me their best is great. I would like to thank all of them, especially to Emile, Tracy and Andy. Don't wast your time, try this app.

When looking for a loyalty app, I searched and found two apps, Bon and Smile. Since we are a new shop we decided to go Bon and have seen that we have made a GREAT choice! We installed the app and Daisy was able to answer some questions for us even though it was non business hours. Once I have set everything up Emile checked up on me and was able to help me make sure every feature was setup correctly. She found something missing and was able to help me fix them step by step. She really provided an excellent experience through the whole setup process.

I've installed this app to one client store, with several others on the way. I had a few questions about notification emails and was lucky enough to get help from Daisy through the app's online chat. She was incredibly helpful and a lot of fun to chat with! This is definitely an app that I can wholeheartedly recommend to my customers.
