Super user-friendly interface. Managed to get the whole program set up within 20mins. Support was also very friendly and responsive. Spoke to Cady today and she was very helpful!

Downloaded Bon Loyalty for the Shopify Online Store, and truth be told, it's the best app out there for a Loyalty Programme! - Allows you to customise the features and appearance to match the themes of your online store - Love how you are able to configure and edit details and promotions to further entice customers to be part of the loyalty programme - Most importantly is the amazing Support available, I had the pleasure to interact with Daisy (Hi Daisy!) who is incredibly responsive and patient with my needs. 5 of 5 Stars Definitely Recommended!

BON Loyalty Rewards & Referral is an amazing app. It has a lot of great features related to both reward and referral program along with some fun branding customizations I have never seen on any other app before. Anna is amazing, very customer service focused, quick to provide assistance and just a pleasure to speak with. I love the fact that Anna was able to take feedback/suggestions back to the development team also. Very excited to see this app evolve and loving the fact the team is so willing to take customer feedback and use it to improve the app.

I was looking for an app to use for our online store in order for our loyal customers to receive points and rewards as they shop. I tried multiple apps and finally came across BON Loyalty. I am drawn to apps with a user friendly platform and ones that make my job easier and more fun! This is one of them! I'm in the process of setting it up still and plan on launching it soon, but I'm excited to get going! It looks great! The support has been excellent throughout, I can't fault that! No matter what time of day I seem to get a quick response and nothing is too much trouble! I had an issue I was really worried about and ended up speaking with Anna, within a couple of minutes my problem was solved! It's not often these days you get such great support at your fingertips! Thank you BON!!

I have been using this app for a while now and it has been wonderful. I experienced a bug once but one of their customer service agents, Isaac, helped me solve the problem in no time. Great customer service and a wonderful app.

app does not work well - customers can use the rewards with out points. Customers dont have to follow your social they click the tab to follow and they get points without actually following you . When customers redeem points the information does not come over to shopify only that the customer created a discount code but NO ACTUAL order .I have reached out to the app but all they want to do is log on to my shopify account .

What can I say? For a free app, this is amazing. Has a small issue which turned out to just be a delay but Daisy on live chat was on hand super quick and got it sorted. Cannot believe an app of this quality is free. Highly recommended!

So far this app is super easy for the not tech savvy persons and very easy to use. I can wait to have it fully functioning. Daisy has been online with me from me signing up to me completing. Customer Service is excellent.

I am loving this app so far. I upgraded my program from yotpo to this program and so happy I did! Love that you can set tiers for spending and have gifts! Plus if you have any troubles at all their tech support is incredible. I have dealt with Anna and she has been amazing and helpful! Highly recommend this app
