I love this app so far. Even though I am new to the app. I love the set up and all of the features thus far. I needed the BON banner removed, so I chatted with Cara and she was great, very responsive and she took care of my needs via chat. She is awesome. Cara really was a big help to me once more. I am really loving this rewards app. It offers many great options to choose from for your customers. I really believe my customers will enjoy this program once I relaunch in September 2022. You are able to customize your rewards and your banner. If you are looking for a rewards program for your customers, this is the one for you! This app is wonderful. Try it out for your store and you will not be disappointed. You are able to chat with an agent that is available for all of your needs. They are really prompt as well with answering your questions. Give it a try. Don't take my word for it, just try it for your store and for your customers. I am not being sponsor for this. I am a store owner as well that is looking for ways to increase sales and revenue.

So far I am only in the set-up phase, but the admin backoffice is very easy to understand. If/when questions come up, the support team (Cady) and the dev team are very quick to provide help. I am very happy I chose to use Bon Loyalty.

Anna was so sweet and understanding. She went above and beyond. Her service deserves way more than just a 5, if i could give her ability to help and fix my problem a 10, I'd give her a 20!!! This is overall a great app in general to add customer appeal and interest!! I wouldn't make any changes, It is a very cool feature you can customize to your liking!
