Most of the features are easy to use and the customer support is excellent (shout-out to Mia). It integrated very well onto our website. The only frustration so far is the high paywall locking out certain features such as VIP tiers. Just installed Bon Loyalty and faced a small teething issue which is my lack of setting up. Hazel quickly send me two simple instructions to get it going. Great app for loyalty program. We initially tried another highly rated app, but it kept crashing and customer service was very much lacking. We then installed BON, and it's been great. Very easy to set up, and the customer support is amazing. Both Mia and Hazel were extremely quick to respond with helpful information. Highly recommend!
