Very pleased with the setup and working with Anna. We got the Bon Loyalty Rewards app up and running in no time. I have been looking for a loyalty tool that was a good price for me (Small business) and something that will excite our customers both online and in-store. This is day 1, but I already have good vibes about this tool.

Anna was very helpful with the questions I had and made finding the solution on my end easy! Swift replies and very polite.

Very easy to use and set up. The free version we are using is ideal for a small business and the few queries I had were answered straight away. No complaints so far.

that app is great and easy to use. Support has been extremely responsive anytime Ive had a question. I was looking for a certain feature that is not yet available. However the Bon loyalty team was able to offer an alternative solution within the app which worked out great for what I needed.

I have tried a few apps, this is the most easiest and efficient one I have used. I can tailor it to my stores needs and the help team are 100% there with any concerns. I would highly recommend this app.

The program is great, many features are available for free. Especially customer relations are very good and fast. I have no doubt that they will do very well in future. But the app has a very important disadvantage. It is very slow and not stable. I had the opportunity to try it for about 1 week and I noticed that there was a serious slowdown in the evening hours. I think it is due to density. But I had to delete the app after facing regular slowness for the last 2 days. By slowness I mean 1 minute for to widget to appear and another minute to make a selection which is a big no for customers. I will try again in 1-2 months and update my review according to the improvements. Issue seems to be resolved over the years. Currently using the app

Anna was extremely helpful and kind with her advice on modifying my rewards widget. Thank you! The app itself was real easy itself to install and get running. Everything is laid out well and it was easy to find where I needed to go to customize it for my needs. It only took me 30 minutes or so to get my widget up and running on my site with no coding required. So far great service and great app.

We've been using this app for perhaps over a year, after searching high and low for a decent loyalty app. The features are easy to use and it isn't difficult to set up. You can import all of your previous reviews through CSV. The best thing about this app is the customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to make your requests happen and are always available to chat through the live chat option. I have spoke often to their chat and they are always so kind and helpful with my queries. Today I spoke to Genie, who is just a real gem, a total asset to the business. New to the app but so far smooth sailing! The setup was extremely straight forward and quick. The interface looks great and pretty customizable. Anna from the support team was an absolute gem and went an extra 5 miles for me. She was super friendly, funny, and most importantly helpful! Very impressed and excited to be using this platform.

Compared to all of the loyalty program apps, I've found that BON really is the best with the best price too! Going through setting it all up for the first time, Daisy and the development team were rockstars in answering my questions and helping make adjustments I was stuck on. Daisy was extremely friendly and quick to answer, even with breaks in between my questions. Definitely a stellar support experience! As for the app itself, I'm currently on the $15/mo plan and for the size of my business, it is perfect. The customizability goes in-depth down to the name of your points, the emails that are sent out, the colors of the widget, and much more. I really felt I could fully customize it the way I wanted it to be, and that fit my shop the best. Thank you BON team!!

Decent app! has most of the feature we need at a decent price, what makes it better is their promptly support!
