After looking at several rewards apps, BON looked like the one for me. Simple, yet contained all the elements of a rewards program I wanted. Genie helped me through the whole process of getting BON in my store, and she did it with patience and understandable explanations. She’s a top customer service rep for sure! Customers are signing up for my rewards program, and Genie is still available when I have questions. Thank you, BON and Genie!

Very impressed with BON Loyalty. Set up has been a breeze, from branding to points setup , customisation of email notifications and bulk import of customer details and existing points balances. I successfully had BON designed and configured and live on my website in one day, with constant availability of support staff at all times. Each query I had was answered within minutes and with the most detailed documentation covering every step of the process. Emile, Cara, Daisy and Genie were all assisting at various times and all extremely helpful. Thanks BON Loyalty - I look forward to seeing many happy customers redeeming their rewards.

The support from the customer service and technical team has been fantastic, assisting us promptly and accurately in resolving any issues we encountered, and even assisting with modifications at the code level. It's very comforting to communicate with customer service and solve problems!

The app is fantastic, it's the best one I've tried so far. However, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. I encountered an issue, but Anna resolved it quickly, and now everything works perfectly. The team is also exceptionally pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend it.

This is by far the best Loyalty APP if you have a multi language store. I have tested every competitor thoroughly, and this is the only one that supports multiple languages in a seamless and easy setup. The support is also great, and there is a lot of help if you need it, you just have to ask.

Haven't had a chance to measure results yet, but as a loyalty app, it seems to have the right amount of features for the right price points as opposed to others. Their customer support is very helpful and friendly. Anna was very welcoming and kind and she fulfilled my customization request immediately.

So far it has been great. I really love the way it looks on my site. The only thing I would like to see added, is the ability to do our own custom rewards. I would like to give points to customers for multiple shares on Facebook. The ability to do our own custom rewards would be a nice addition. The support staff (Emily) was very helpful.

I highly recommend BON Loyalty. They have amazing costumer support that never disappoints. One of the best app for rewards programs. It's very easy to setup and get integrated so your customers can start gaining loyalty points. They are open to suggestions because they want to improve their app and makes it even better. Good job. APP más que interesante para crear un programa de fidelización y de referenciados. Además de su precio versus a sus funcionalidades, el soporte es magnífico. Tu ve un pequeño problema y Anna lo soluciono perfectamente, estando atenta a mi durante más de 30 minutos. Sinceramente, ya tengo APP para fidelizar a los clientes.

POS Users BEWARE!!! I thought this app was great. They even have a feature to connect the Shopify POS to allow customers to earn points and claim rewards at the register. However this feature was released before it actually works. Thankfully we had 1 honest customer let us know that they claimed their rewards but their point balance never reduced. This reward was a $10 off coupon that they could have used several times due to the points not being removed. When speaking with support I was told that "Currently, the issue with Points are not automatically adjusted when customers redeem at your POS is till being worked on as future features." So in other words the feature never worked to begin with yet it was released and promoted and now the only way to know how much revenue we have lost is to go through thousands of transactions to see who used reward points multiple times without ever having their points removed. I had to manually remove the points in the back end for the customer that informed me of the issue. Needless to say we are turning the feature off and going on the hunt for a new rewards program. It is very disappointing to find out that you are losing only God knows how much revenue due to a plug in not being setup properly by the developer.

Genie from support was such an amazing help with integrating my customers from my old rewards app to BON! Super helpful and incredibly patient, which was for sure needed as I was struggling with Excel. Thanks Genie!!

I shopped around for a loyalty program for a while and Bon had the best features to price ratio. Gave em a shot and have been super impressed! It's very feature rich for what you pay and integrates smoothly with Shopify. Little hiccups here and there have been addressed super fast by their support team, Daisy is awesome! We've had it fully installed about 6 months and couldn't be happier with our choice.

So far so good. I've had the app for about a day now as I'm getting everything set up for launch. This app includes most everything I was looking for in a loyalty app including: referrals, rewards expiry, judge.me and POS integrations, dedicated pages (because who else is tired of widgets?), vip tiers, and minimalistic yet customizable design. Fingers crossed they will soon introduce a Mailchimp integration. However, all of those core features I was looking for plus so many more for $15 a month (and less annually) is an unbelievable deal. Shout out to Daisy, Cara, Genie, and Jerry for helping me with customizations, guidance, and responding in a timely manner. Especially considering they probably aren't in the same time zone me.

Great app, especially for businesses that don't know much about tech. We wanted to know how the app works and how to start putting it into action. They are always able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Genie answered quickly and gave us tips on how to use the app more effectively. Thank you so much!

We have had a good experience. When I need help I go on chat and get the help. Anna was very helpful today by sending a screenshot of where I needed to go. I am a visual person so that is more helpful then just typing go here, here and here.....
