A visually pleasing, easy to use Loyalty app that doesn't cost the earth! But the best part about it is the support. When I enabled the app on our website the widget was showing up, but when clicked it brought up a blank white box. I reached out to support, expecting a response within the next day or so. Anna replied almost immediately and helped me sort the issue (which was just that I was viewing a preview of our website! Going incognito revealed there was never any real issue.) Responsive ongoing support is a big priority for me as a new business owner and Anna's care has made a big impact on my to-do list!

The support on this app is unmatched. Cara was super helpful in answering my questions with quick response time and detailed explanations which answered all I needed to know in one go instead of having to follow up with multiple questions. Love the user interface of this app as well. It looks clean and its easily navigable which makes it easier to use. Everything is very straightforward! Highly recommend this app.

I've just started using the app and Emile was available to answer a few questions I had. Top notch customer service. I'm very impressed! Loving the app so far. Update - Emile and the team again answered my query about how the rewards widget was displaying some information on my website. It was quickly resolved and she came back with a solution very quickly. BON is seriously cool. First off, the way it looks is just so darn nice. It's like they sprinkled design magic all over it, and every button feels like it's in the perfect place. And man, does it do a lot. It's got all these crazy features that pretty much cover everything I need. What's really nice is that even though it's super powerful, using BON is like a breeze. I didn't need to go through a tech boot camp to figure stuff out – it just makes sense. Setting things up is a walk in the park too. They took the complicated stuff and turned it into a few easy steps. Oh, and big props to Anna in customer service. She's like the friendliest problem-solver ever. She listens, gives solid advice, and leaves me feeling like I've got a buddy in the app world. All in all, BON is the bomb. If you're after an app that's got it all – looks, brains, and service with a smile – you seriously can't go wrong.

The best app I've found, I loved it has everything I was looking for for my store. Even the costumer service was always attentive the times I needed help, but especially thanks to Anna she was very friendly and very helpful.

The app didn't work for me, but they refunded me the full amount. Great customer service. I will try the app in a few months, see if the bugs are out. I did like the app a lot.

BON Loyalty has the best customer service by far! I have had three loyalty programs in total - BON Loyalty is my third - and they are the quickest and most knowledgeable. I love that my chat did not automatically close with my helper Genie. It also retains my previous conversations from the past (my previous reward programs would delete the conversations). Genie was very patient with all my questions, provided numerous helpful links for applying rewards to a customer's purchase, uploading a preexisting customer/point csv, and so much more. Thank you Genie!

Very helpful and I can say this would be a quite perfect solution for starter websites to do the loyalty program. Just need some improvement on customizing and branding of some features
