All of BOLD products are great, I would say the one downfall is having to pay for installations but it's not enough to take away 5 stars.

These guys make awesome apps, but they forget we have to run a store. It would cost a small fortune to install every app they have, all equally important, they say. Why not combine apps and offer 3 to 5 instead of 20? How about offering to install the app for free, rather than tacking on yet another charge of $25.00. Love your apps, they work great. Superb app, very useful for giving away freebies every week with orders or certain items - which has dramatically increased activity on our store. It's nice to se people taking advantage of the offers this app creates.

this upsell app works pretty darn good. i have only been using it a short time so don't have a lot to report. One thing I am finding challenging is I want to offer a discount if they add an upsell item on but cannot without buying another app. support is always quick and helpful. Thanks Bold

Hello From Canada! Love this APP - it integrated seamlessly to my store and has generated 100's of dollars in extra sales!

Initially I had challenges with getting the upsell window to fire - needed a code hack. The Bold support team kindly installed for free and helped me with my questions. It now gives me upsell windows which is great. If I could do BOGO with this app then I would have given it 5 star Buy one get one free is pure and simply upselling, so should be included in Upsell. Subsequent review downgrade - very few upsells generated. Can't present just one upsell at a time even though multiples are triggered. Mobile presentation & use is really poor (does not even fit on the screen) - mobile is where customers are these days so why not focus on a good mobile upsell? In fact the mobile upsell is worse than not having any upsell - can lose customers in droves

Love the app! Does exactly what we need it to, and support has been great.

A Shopify app store must-have!

The app was simple to use and works just as it promised. Perfect for a non-geek like me :-)

Been using the app for a couple of weeks now, and the app works very good..Had some up sells go through the first day we downloaded the app to our store. Definitely worth having.

New to Product Upsell. Needed to have the upsell code added to my website. Sent in a request and it was promptly completed and works great. Thanks for the help.

Good product for the price. Not sure if the more expensive plans have more customizable features but that's why I only gave 4 stars. Without knowing how to write code and stuff I want to still be able to completely customize my popup to be most effective. All in all, great product though. Just started using it and already have people going for the upsell. Wish I started using it sooner. Oh and they have great customer service which is HUGE to me! thanks guys :)

Works great for extra sales. The support staff is super quick and friendly as well. We requested help for setup and our issue was fixed within 4 hours.

Really well made app. Plus it only fires off when a customer clicks on the Check Out button. This makes it a true Upsell versus just showing other items before the customer even decides to buy.
