New to the app but the customer service was great. Brendin was very helpful and quick to assist.

The app conflicts with Google Analytics and other checkout apps such as Pixel Perfect (Facebook Feed). So your Add to Cart upsell popups will only show for a second and then disappear without any user input. I've just spoken to support and that was their explanation for why my ATC offers were not showing properly. They said I'd have to uninstall the others in order to use Bold Upsell ATC. So I have to uninstall GA? Really??? I've now uninstalled the app and am looking for something that doesn't conflict with other crucial apps such as GA. Checkout upsells work as expected though. But please note that if you go over the max view limit for your plan, the offers will stop showing automatically and you won't be notified about it. Why not send an automatic email to shop owner? Why not give the option to bump up to the next plan to keep the offers showing? Very disappointed overall.

Must have app! The extra income from upsells pays for the app already, so you can only gain with this app! 5 Stars!!

This app is good, but a bit complex to install. Also I noticed a bug but Brendin from support was really reactive to fix it.

Great product, great support. Since I'm stingy, the only thing I would like more is to have more of their apps offered as a group for a bit cheaper. Great value but, like I said, I'm stingy.

Not recommended. Issues: - Expensive ($708/year). - Adds 33kB of Javascript to your site, as much as the entire jQuery library. - DOESN'T WORK WITH AJAX carts if you want it to be triggered on checkout, it only works on "add to cart". - bad documentation! Cons: - easy to install and setup - works great if you don't use ajax carts - nice reports

I have been using this app for a couple weeks now and I think it's the best app I have... hands down. I am sure the installation is easy, but I didn't want any chance of me messing it up so I had the Bold Apps team install it. It was cheap and fast and I know it was done right. Now for the App, it works great, I am making extra money upselling products and with the easy to use dashboard I can track every upsell. I can see how many people viewed my upsell deal, how many added it to the cart, how many purchased and then a conversion %. If you run an ecommerce store it is very important to understand that it is cheaper to increase your revenue by getting existing customers to purchase more, than it is to get a new customer to make a purchase, making this app a MUST HAVE!!

I've had some frustrations with this app that I've left feedback with support for. It sounds like they're rebuilding the app, which I'm looking forward to. I had this at 5-stars before some issues made me decrease it, but I'm willing to give it a chance. I'll leave it at my original rating and will update at a future time if I feel it's necessary.

Has helped increase out cart total. Have proven this by having some items with upsell. The orders with items that have upsell on them help increase order amount.

We downloaded this app, product discount, and product builder. Jordan helped me out on all the questions I had to be live and ready by Friday 12:00 AM. It's great that Bold has all the apps you need so you only need to contact 1 person for all of your questions. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for opening up your support 24/7 during the biggest sale weekend in the states.

This along with the "Product Discount" app worked great for offering a BOGO sale for Black-Friday. But the real reason why I'm writing this review is for Mr. Jordan Labelle, he's a Product Manager at Bold and was the one to answer my question on their support chat. It was 6:15pm on Thanksgiving when I realized instead of getting BOGO they were getting their entire order free! after the first order I shut it down and immediately got on their support chat but didn't think anyone would answer being a holiday night. He answered immediately and personally worked with me through the night for hours on end until it was fixed. He single handedly fixed my entire store and got my black-friday sale up and running going through my theme.liquid etc. If it weren't for Jordan my Black-Friday would've certainly been a wash. I had zero idea how to fix these problems and owe hundreds of dollars in sales to this one individual. Needless to say any doubts I may have ever had about purchasing these apps from Bold have been wiped away due solely from the help I received from their support staff, specifically Jordan Labelle.

Installed this app and had an issue where I need support to login to my site and fix some coding. Aubrey was super helpful and even did a rush on the fix to get my site in order for Black Friday. App works like a charm so far, hopefully it increases my average cart value. Will be checking out other Bold Commerce apps.

BoldApps is really great to deal with for troubleshooting. They normally respond within 24 hours which is great. Normally it's sooner than that if the problem isn't huge. I had a great experience with Brendin recently who works for Bold. One things I'd love to see in the future is Live Chat as Bold's support phone number is always 'busy'. But they are great with email so for now it's great.

Great App! Excited about our new site's potential!

Very happy with this app, have been using it for some time now and may look at installing it on one of our other stores.
