Love the apps and what they can do , but for some reason I have an issue with one of the steps each time I create a different discount / upsell. When’s that happens I get on the live chat and always get things resolved . Julian was great, really helpful and patient and responded the issue quickly. Couple of suggestions - I am Shopify user based in the UK . When I have an issue I have to wail until late afternoon toncont at live chat. Would love if there was someone available around the clock as I’m sure there are many other non U.S. based Shopify / Bold users . Second suggestion : offer a paid option for the discounts etc to be created by a Bold staffer -like there is an option for pay $10 to install liquid. I would happily pay the same for someone to create out discounts because when I get it wrong I spend way too much time trying to correct it ! Thanks Bold!

We are based in South Africa and we are opening our first online store! We are using product discount and product upsell to create our opening store special! It was so easy to install and set up, and completely solved our problem! I had a question about the app, and the support team got back to me right away, really making the process a pleasure! I sent a request asking about why only three of the five dicounted products were showing and I was told how the products are shown randomly and only if they are in stock, which is exactly what we want, so I was very happy!

I'm not commenting on the value of the app but on the quality of support form Bold Commerce. They tops in book. I installed Product Upsell and began receiving an error code in the product description fields. I thought is was upsell. I contacted shopify, shopify contacted Bold Commerce. Bold Commerce support actually took the time to go into the code and determined the issue was with some code conflict inserted by another app. My hat's off to the support team, Henrique, Michelle, Ron and Dan, at Bold Commerce.

The app is a little confusing at first if you don't know code but the support is very helpful and get back to you in a timely manner.

Great app. We tried a lot of different upsell app before coming to this one and it really was the best choice to do. It held the traffic during black friday and it's easy to use. Their support is also very efficient, especially Kirtana, Dan and Danni who have been really helpfull to us lately. 5 stars app for sure.

this is a great app, i have it for a week now, no sales so far but it is easy to install and the customer service is great. Dan is always responsive to all my emails and helps with all you need to install and make it work. I am trying this App for 30 days to see if I have any sales from it. Let you know.

Product upsell is great! I use it for my site and it leaves it looking clean and crisp. The support is speedy and helpful as well.

Doesn't meet my needs at this point. I may go back to it in the future.

Wonderful apps! I have four installed on my site and they are great to use for upselling or setting up discounts. Their customer service is top notch, friendly and fast! I would highly recommend any app from BOLD.

Pretty good at its simple function, but hard to design a beautiful popup window + reporting and dashboard interfaces are AWFUL. It's fairly easy for the service to pay for itself (if you're on the $9.99/mo plan), but is there a way to easily see total revenue generated because of the app (not just MTD)? No. I don't really care how many times something was added to the cart, I care about how many times it was *purchased.*

WOW.... Worst APP EVER!!! They try to upsell with another app to make the upsell feature work properly (the app is not in this store but on their website) and that broke my cart (Their other app that was needed for the upsells forced my cart to go to thier website for processing, so all your Discount coupons will no longer work now) So I uninstalled and my cat is broken :( ... Bummer! Now I have to work out how to fix as I uninstall all their apps. Total scam. My 1st review here. Watch out. Don't tell me I didn't warn you. I do not like spreading bad news, and spread good, but this has to be known.

This app is perfect for our store. Being a direct to consumer company we always had an upsell flow on our traditional websites and it was one of the biggest negatives about moving our business to Shopify, without an upsell flow we could miss out on tons of potential revenue and your customers miss out on seeing other products that they may actually have liked. Frantically looking for a solution before the holidays I came across Bold Commerce Product Upsell app and decided to give it a try. It was performing for us within hours of implementing. Being able to customize what was shown as the upsell really helped us to sell through our less viewed products. The customer service (Brendin) has also been terrific which is rare for app companies I have found. So, big thank you to Brendin and Bold Commerce for the great product and service.

I love how this APP can make sales offers so streamline. I would like to hopefully see a change in the future for where the pop up windows can display - for example, if you want a customer to buy multiple units of an item to trigger the offer, it would be great to have this show up in the "Add To Cart" section so they are seeing it as they purchase instead of waiting until they "checkout". If it was me, I'd be a little confused about whether or not the deal was happening when I add items to the cart. The support team has been really over the top helpful on this one. My Bold rep, Dan, was especially helpful, patient, and kind through my process of setting up various offers. We even spoke on the phone to work through things. I really appreciated his help and delivery as I'm not a "techy" kind of person. Thanks Dan!

The Bold Upsell app is powerful and relatively user friendly, however, the description, "Product Upsell app allows you to create Upsell and Cross-sell offers that display relevant add-on, or upgrade, products at the point of adding a product to the cart, the click of the checkout button, or even AFTER the customer has made their purchase", is misleading. *Upsells* work on the Product Page ONLY. Unfortunately, this app does not enable Upsells on the Cart page or after the customer has made their purchase.

Great product - Simple to use and was utilised on the first sale after installing it. We had a minor issue and the Support team were excellent with fixing my issue. Would highly recommend.

When I think of an app I want to add to my shop, I ALWAYS check to see if Bold offers it first. Their apps are great and their customer service is HANDS DOWN THE BEST AROUND!!! Thank you :)

I am a fan of Bold apps, they all work seamlessly together. I am not very tech savvy and when ever I have an issue, their support team is extremely friendly and efficient. If you have a store with many products and want to start over deals and combo specials, I would definitely give this all a go!!

Like the rest of the Bold Suite, it's really decent so far, still a little early for us to see its true performance but what I've seen of it so far it's excellent. My only negative would be that the product search facility when choosing a product is a little clunky but if that's the only negative as we move through with the app then I will be more than happy. CS is superb. Thanks a bunch Bold.
