If you have no background in backend work building website apps I do not recommend their apps. They had to do some liquid install. After it completed I just happened to stumble upon realizing my store was no longer functioning! THEY DO NOT HAVE 24 HOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. MY STORE CURRENTLY CANNOT PROCESS A SALE AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL EVEN AFTER CHOOSING THE EMERGENCY OPTION WHEN CALLING. MY COMPANY WILL BE DELETING ALL APPS ASSOCIATED WITH BOLD. WE CANNOT CALCULATE HOW MANY LOST SALES BUT WE'RE SURE IT IS QUITE A FEW.

yay! have combined this with the product discount app and managed to install code following the instructions provided. Only reason I'm withholding a star is to see if this encourges cross sell sales after it's up and running for a while. I'm sure this does lots of other things we've yet to try too. Easy to use. recommend.

Working with this app now for about a month on 2 different stores. By itself... this app didn't create any added revenue. BUT... worked great in combo with the PRODUCT DISCOUNT App for BOGO offers. :) .... Update about 2 weeks later: I was about to leave a good review when I noticed an issue. I installed 2 of the apps so I can activate the BOGO style offers to customers. When we sold out of a variant, the ADD TO CART Button was not disabling do to the code needed to use the BOGO Style offerings. I contacted support and within 48 hours the issue was resolved. I am very pleased with the support and it gives me confidence to use more of their apps with our additional stores. The two apps "Product Discount" & "Product Upsell" work well together and we have been able to increase the order value. Now... just need more traffic :)

We just purchase Product Upsell and are in the process (actually this weekend) of implementing it on our site. Shop the Hound has been in business since 2011. It started with one product and I didn't even have a store, had never been in sales (I was always in Purchasing) and so I built my business from scratch. The store has gone through some growing pains in the past year as we moved platforms twice and are now loving Shopify. I realized recently the store really need to take advantage of the fact that we have a customer sitting at home wanting to purchase the product but often they don't realize that there are other items that would really compliment their purchase and why not take advantages of the economy of scale with regard to shipping. I'm excited to see what Product Upsell will do for Shop the Hound. I really think that it coupled with Product Discount that Shop the Hound is on the right path to an even more improved store. Bold Product Upsell is amazing! I tested it out on a regular poster I have for sale and at checkout, the Framed Poster Upsell pops up and works like a charm, looks beautiful and I think will really make people want to upgrade their purchase. I know that, because I will be buying my poster, so I can have it at home. I will be making a Video Ad with it and turn it into a Facebook Ad, and I know with Bold Product Upsell, my business will do well. All thanx to Bold, I really appreciate your apps! Thank you! Jonathan I haven't had to use Bold Customer support yet, everything seems straightforward.

Great apps! A bit pricey but we'll see if the conversions will outweigh the costs. Had some issues with the app on my theme but the support team at Bold helped me very quickly and all is well. Thanks Bold!

We love this app! I particularly like the cross-sells which allows our customers to easily upgrade items or buy accessories that apply to them. The support team, especially Dan, is also top notch. They get back to you quickly and are very helpful.

Really good app. Customer support was very good also and got back within 12 hours to assist us in set up. I would recommend this app

This app is a total fraud. When i installed they gave me customer service in my countries standard timings. the moment i was on boarded they were gone. i had problems and reached out to them multiple times but they were too inefficient and did not care to solve customer grievances. Their app features dont work and they will charge you for no reason. they will reply to you and ask for money after the trial is over to give you support. Worst app. fake app. dont install.

Such an awesome app! We've been using Bold's Product Upsell and Product Discount apps, and love them. They are super easy to use and set up, and have increased sales for our shop. And on top of that, Bold's customer services has been top notch!

Loving this app so far! I'm excited to figure out all the different ways it can be used. Just ran my first BOGO offer and it was easy to set up, and when I had a question, the support team was super speedy and kind (thanks Bhumi and Alan!).

Great App! Easy to use! My boss wanted me to add some upsell options and this was a no-brainer! We already use a couple of other Bold Apps and have had great success. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to add some options for their customers to cart or at check out!
