A great upsell app that go with all the bold collection ,really good as the other. You can find every functionality that you need for all upsell/cross-sell imaginable I recommend strongly the app !

Finally an app that does a PROPER upsell AND works with currency converters so will show the upsell in the currency of the IP address. Not a cross sell like the other! About a year ago we actually asked a developer to make this exact app but we never got around to building it, so glad we didnt!

So far, so good! We've been using Upsell for the better part of 6 months and it has been great so far. I had a couple of small formatting issues that I wasn't able to sort out on my own so I reached out to support. I was quickly helped out by Dan Pfiefer who I ended up granting Theme permissions to and he just logged in and fixed it. One small downside is that the script for the Upsell pop-up loads after all the core Shopify scripts at the checkout, so if the customer clicks "Checkout" really quickly they can bypass the pop-up. Though, I don't think this is under the developers control, but something to keep in mind when troubleshooting!

Great Support from DAN from Bold, even advised me on other issues. I will give 5 Star to the Product Upsell App from Bold Commerce. I have been looking for up-sell/cross-sell app for quite some time and I also tried out some of the other top apps on Shopify and all those apps had some or the other drawbacks, and I ended up removing those. Then I stumbled upon this app, great support from Alan and team, and hoorah...I got two conversions (worth $44) within in an hour of enabling just two offers..Cool! But this app stands out and is the "Winner"... - Integrates well with your theme, does not seem like an attachment - Integrates seamlessly with the checkout or add-to-cart flow - Very easy to setup upsells, you can add upsell to "Check Out" and "Add to cart" for same product, so you can use the offer attached to Add to cart as an upsell, and use the offer attached to Checkout as a cross-sell if needed - Amazing slick dashboard and detailed reports - Easy in-app view on offers setup - High conversions I was struggling to increase our Order value, to improve the profitability, and the final answer came in the form of Upsell app from Bold. Every Shopify store should use this app, you will surely see great ROI. Even the fee structure is very reasonable you will get back your monthly investment just in a day or two...rest is your additional profit. In summary I would recommend this app to any serious Shopify owner looking to increase their revenue. The customer support was one of the best from Bold Commerce team. I have tested each and every upsell app which is currently available for shopify. This one is by far the best! You can clearly see that they thought it through from the beginning to the end, before they actually programmed it. The whole support team, particularly Dan and Bhumi, are super helpful and you receive a response in no time. As for the app itself, I love that you can select variants as triggers. The whole set-up process of selecting your trigger and creating the offer is very simple. AND, most importantly, it is the ONLY upsell app which really understand what "upsells" really are! All other apps out there call it "upsell" when they actually mean "cross sell". The cool thing with THIS app is, that you can create both! I love it! The only thing which I miss is, that you cannot create upsell offers for ATC events with variants as triggers and variants as upsells. Moreover, it would be great if one could create a cross sell offer RIGHT AFTER the upsell offer and not only once they check out. Hope they will implement these functions at some point! Anyways, I strongly recommend this app!

It has been a game changer for me. Literally tripled my sales in the first month. You have to use it smartly though. People blaming & giving it 1-star because they couldn't increase the sale is stupid. You have to offer your customer something relevant to what they are buying instead of just shoving anything to make a few bucks.

App worked good for a while. Then I get this automatic email that my product has been deleted. This has happend a total of 5 times in the past 8 months or so. Last time it happened 2 days ago and the most recent was just today. It's getting out of hand and customer service doesn't do a thing about it. Each time I contact customer service and they first say they have no idea why its happening and then they cap it off with "we'll look into it". It's frustrating when you don't do anything to the product and the app deletes the upsell itself and you lose all the revenue. Not to mention the app notifies you about 24 hours after it deleted the upsell product. I've been a long time user but enough is enough. There's plenty of other cheaper upsell apps out there. I would consider everyone try their options elsewhere before trying this.

Great app, really easy to use and they provide a wealth of how-to information if you're unsure how to install code, etc. Within a couple hours of setting up a cross-sell, I had customers buying my cross-sell items. Helped to increase my average order value. I highly recommend!

An absolute nightmare. If you go ahead be aware you are waiting over a week to get things up and running. No compatibility with other apps.

Closed my store for days! This Product Upsell app caused my store to be down for five days until Shopify stepped in to fix it. Injected scripts were being pushed into my store by the app which prevented our shipping methods to load – hence prevented customers to make a purchase. Bold couldn’t care less when they got involved, I got the most uninterested answer and they did not seem to find a reason to look further into it for other customers to avoid the same error. Five days without sales - that’s pretty expensive.
