I have a few of the Shappify apps and they are fantastic. Little by little I am working my way through them but what is so wonderful is the time the tech support, customer service or Jay himself will take with you to get things done. I had trouble on a Sunday and Jay helped me through installation with this one and I tell you this Discount App makes sales so easy and it's not like I have 50 items on my site. I love it and I cannot imagine trying to set up another sale on my site without it!

I'm very new to Shopify and this my first Sale, what a great experience...I have to say the best thing was Jay for his help, tolerance and fast response time to my queries at a peak time XMAS! Jay needs a gold star or a bonus!

Just installed it and can't wait to see it in action! The tech support was like nothing I've ever experienced, so I have total faith in the product and know I'm going to see results!

Besides doing what it says it will do, I give it two thumbs up and five stars for tech support! They two gentlemen I worked with were great, easy to understand, and very supportive on an issue that really wasn't their problem. Great customer service in a world where that is becoming more uncommon. Way to go guys!

Great app and fantastic support. I wanted to translate the timer and exspected to fiddle with a lot of code. I contacted the support and to my surprise they coded it for med within a day - no charges!

Got this app on the Friday night (UK). Promotion wise, really easy to set up. Coding wise - not so much. Emailed the devs for assistance and within minutes they got back to me (Jay) and he asked if he could gain access as an admin and he'd sort it out. Im one of those people who can't code to save my life. Jay subsequently gained access to the back end of our store, set the coding in and was kind enough to do some extra design work to make the promotion stand out further. Top notch. Great app. Great team. Great support.

This app and the support behind it definitely exceeded our expectations! The support team was quick in response in helping us get started. Within minutes, we set up our own site-wide promotion ready to run for the holidays; just set it up and go.

This app is AH-MAZING! I am so glad that I got it right before Black Friday. It helped not only for sales but helped my customers shop easier! I would recommend this app to every store that has sales ever. I use it all the time even for simple sales!

I just installed and used this app for my yearly Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale. I'm really happy. Set up was easy. Customer service was blazing fast for the minor question I had. My sale went so much smoother than when I had to ask questions about discount codes. I look forward to trying out Product Upsell with this.

The app works as advertised. The impressive thing is the tech support. They responded faster than I could respond to them. They fixed my problems before I could even state them clearly and fixed them better than I thought they could be fixed.

The Shappify Support on this app was top notch! I emailed them and received a response right away. They worked with me to get the promotion shown visually the way we wanted it to be! Thank you Shappify for the great customer support!

Awesome app well worth the money. I needed help and I was contacted within minutes and a solution was given that worked out even better than what I wanted. I highly recommend.

Very easy to use app and awesome customer service, they work also during the weekends ! I got also help to fix the icon sales on my collection and product page. Now everything looks perfect and works perfectly.

Another review: I emailed them at 11:30 pm and they emailed me back at midnight with some help! Talk about service! We got all our black friday deals done in no time. There's still some improvements that need to be made but it's really a great app overall. Here's what I would improve: -Time to load products can be a bit slow -For BOGO using product upsell, Sometimes I have found that you cannot simply search for your hidden product. You have to manually go through each page to look for your discounted and hidden product. -If you make a single mistake, be ready to sit by your computer waiting for it to update for a few minutes. This wait time is a killer. Especially late at night and when you have 10 more deals to process.

*Update* Shappify was very prompt in their response to us, and straightened everything out. Please make no mistake our review in regards to the price is no reflection of the actual product itself which is excellent and we recommend it to everyone.

Amazing app, I was killing myself having to watch the promotions and make sure they weren't abused if i didn't end/start them on time. plus with black friday in a couple days we're all set with our sales to go off automatically! well worth every penny!
