So far so good! Haven't fully gotten into the app yet, but what we have done so far has been super helpful and know will boost sales. I can say for sure that the customer support is amazing, quick, and spot on.

This app is very usefull. Ive been using this for 2weeks and it looks impressive. Recommended for small business and bigger businesses online. Keep it up!

Great app. Nice features, very flexible and easy to use. Expensive up front but one and done, so very affordable over the long haul.

I'm trying out the Product Discount app for the first time and find it super easy to use. I am particularly impressed with the BOLD support team. They are phenomenal in their expertise & responsiveness! I'd like to thank Zachary for his above-and-beyond help! A+ customer service like this is hard to find.

Absolutely awesome product and really cleaned up the look of the site. I am not a programmer but not ignorant as to how to read it. Anyone who has used shopify themes will know some themes are just convoluted to work with. I couldn't get the tags to work on my collections and only could get them to work on my product page. Support answered my question within 24 hours. Even better, they handled it for me and told me how they did it. Making me wiser for having asked! The support alone is worth Bold apps for shopify!

We began using the Product Discount app along with the Product Upsell app and immediately saw results! We had old inventory that we want to move and with this app, we were able to do BOGO offers. In addition to that, we have small accessories that are not always noticed by our customers. We are selling many more of these now as we are able to set a trigger as the customers check out to suggest these additional items. Both were simple to install. User friendly. Support staff was prompt and helpful! We LOVE these apps! eyn Had some questions for support. They were answered quickly and thoroughly. The support videos they provide are very helpful.

Extremely disappointed in the set up at this point. Paid $30 to have them install the code for Clock and sales icon and still not working. Four other apps got disconnected or stopped working after giving them access. App support is trying to get me to make changes now. Would not recommend this app at this time. Was so looking forward to getting this and other bold apps up and running, now I don’t see using any of their apps at all. SMH!!! So much for having them install to save the aggrevation.

I’m an entrepreneur and not a techie! The support staff at Bold is phenomenal! They took care of all my liquid tech on Shopify. I am so pleased and I know that I have cutting-edge technology that is helping me run an extremely profitable dropship business.

We are still currently in our trial period with this app and the Upsell app, but so far everything has been great - particularly their customer service. Both Dan and Brendin have been extremely patient with me during the installation process and they are extremely knowledgable. Their response time is impeccable and the app itself is outstanding. We additionally have their Recurring Orders app and it is just as wonderful. I highly recommend utilizing any app produced by this company as they truly know what they are doing and their products deliver!

I have 4 Bold Apps for my store and this is one of the best. You will love the simplicity.

Was great but now does not work for my timezone and resulted in advertised sales not starting at the scheduled times which was a complete disaster. Submitted support ticket by email and had no response.

If possible, I'd give this 4.5 stars...we use it all the time at https://groovemonkee.com and it's definitely worth it. The ability to "set and forget" various sales is priceless. Overall, well designed and implemented.

1. The video tutorial is outdated. 2. Default SALE is not good. 3. Changing SALE icon in the collection is hard. 4. Setting SALE clock perfectly is a big challenge.

If you can ask for one person, I'd say ask for Danni! She's fantastic at going above and beyond to help Bold Commerce's customers. She's a great asset and Bold has some great apps to help you grow your online eCommerce store. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service. Paid the extra fee to install the liquid code and it was done lickity split! This app is everything I was looking for in the budget I wanted to spend. Way to go BOLD, you guys are the BOMB!

Bold apps are awesome! I'm not a techs girl so they make it easy for me to use. I'm currently using product upsell and product discounts. These two apps give me so many options!

Would have given 5 stars but due to the fact i can't schedule deals as i live in Australia and the server for +10 timezone no longer works meaning i have to manulky set up discounts. Is a great app.
