Cool app. works well. developers installed it within a few hours. So overall very happy with the result.

Used the app to offer buy one get one free promotion and it delivered. The native discounts function on Shopify works but is not intuitive to the customer (you have to add two items to cart to make BOGO come true). The user interface is not super straight forward, but luckily the support is very quick to respond and they were able to resolve my issues quickly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a gift offer function to their store.

Exactly what I was looking for it does what it says in the title. Brian is the genius who made it happen.

We had the developer help install but it's still not working. When we drop the cart below the required amount to receive the free gift it stays in the cart even though the customer has spent less than the threshold.

Easy installation because of the assistance that was given by the developer. They basically set it up for you so it's good to go and you can start your free gift promotions within 24 hours of installation.

I used this app because I was looking for a solution to implement two tier gift with purchases and it worked as promised. The installation is not very clear, if you are not used to programming on the Shopify platform, it's a bit complicated. But technical support has been very fast and efficient, solving the problem.

It's the only one I could get to work on my site! All the other apps wouldn't function correctly or they would interfere with other apps.

I needed the ability to add a Free gift automatically to the cart. The support on this app is amazing! Brian is so helpful and got us up and running. He also tweaked it so it would work with stacked discounts. You can't beat the support team.

I wish I could live ZERO stars; this is the worst app I have ever encountered; they added so much code to my theme and destroyed so much of my custom settings. I tried reaching out to customer service, and they reply every 24hrs like clockwork(for a single reply), so if you are in a bind, don't expect a response until the next day, by that time, you just lost a bunch of sales. If you are reading this and thinking about getting this app DONT if you already did and you are looking for help removing all their destructive code, email me > fuzz@wearefuzz.com > UPDATE: There should be a way to reply to their reply They did next to nothing to fix the issues. DONT USE THIS APP. Also, NOTE the "sparklingvision" review was posted the very next day I posted my one-star review. It's clearly a fake review, be less obvious.

You cannot go wrong with the Free Gifts App and especially with the team behind it. The app works great and if you need any support Brian and Stephen are always available. Brian even helps me to fix a theme issue not related with their app in 5 min. Top service!

I have tried several gift apps and this is the best. The customer service was very helpful and they even place the code for you!

Secomapp knows their business. I have a couple of their Applications now and they work exactly as advertised. I love the Free Gifts App. It has a lot of depth which is so beneficial to one's needs. It's very user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you, guys! I highly recommend this App.

This app has good support from the developers. They respond to requests promptly, and provide ample support for the app. It functions well, although there could be better controls to customize the look without using custom css.

A really useful app, especially when you need to do lots of different promotions for your store. And the support team member Louis responded quickly for every inquiry and fixed the problem for us. A happy experience.

This app made a massive difference to how our cart operates in the best possible way. Customers really like to see the extra items physically in their cart and though the interface is a little clunky, the app is super powerful and can do anything we’ve wanted so far, very pleased!

We had an issue for the app and contacted the support as our offer did not shown on the cart correctly. Brian, from the support team is very helpful to setup the correct offer for us very quickly. Only thing is we still could not figure out how we can do another offer next time.... .
