Excellent customers service, fast

Awesome App! Have been using only 2 weeks however is great for my business - sales gone up and easy to use & customize. Even installation was free - normally I do the job but this time staff did it for me and were very fast(Thanks for that^^) . Look forward to creating more deals and processing more orders.

The app page says they offer 14 days free trial, but when I tried to install the app, it said that I will be charged the next day and I have only 1 day free trial. Not good.

Do not use this company! I asked them to install a simple discount - buy a t-shirt collection and then get 25% off any other single t-shirt,. After three days of email exchanges they told me they couldn't create my discount - then suddenly on my store without any notification from them OR PERMISSION from me - they had created new variants on all my products giving customers 25% off. ALL PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!! I have had to refund orders rather than fulfill them as the variants installed by Secomapp meant I was trading at a loss - which as we all know - is bad news. Terrible, appalling customer service and a terrible product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.i did try and communicate with their CEO before writing this review and his response was so poor i felt compelled to write this review, Really folks - do not waste your time and money with this company

The app appears to be working as advertised. I wanted to change the styling of the message at the cart stage, and they graciously made the changes in the css liquid code file for me...and promptly! Great customer service.

Love it! The customer service is just as great as the app itself. 5/5 isn't enough!

App was great. It was really the only one that could do exactly what I wanted. I found it to be a bit expensive considering that in shopify you have to buy apps pretty much for everything and I did get an enormous amount of feedback request emails.

Very useful for more conversions. Customer service was very helpful and reactive.

Easy to use and the support team will create the rules for you. They say within 24 hours but it was much faster. Love this app!

I can't think of a negative thing to say about the app. The support is awesome and very responsive. Our shop uses 3 different apps from Secomapp, and all have always worked without problems. The install is free, and very minimal alteration to your theme. Secomapp will take care of it all and even set up examples (who else does that?!) Given the functionality of the Free Gifts App, it providse something Shopify alone can't offer. I have a hard time understanding any negative reviews. Great support and most importantly, great functionality that is easy to use. It doesn't get much better than that. After installing and uninstalling dozens of different apps to increase sales, I can't say enough great things about 2 companies -- Bold Apps and Secomapp. The combination of the app offerings from both companies is top notch. I am a loyal customer of both, and see the value in the relative monthly fees given the amount of increased sales.

First the positive , It works after a bit of fiddling and trial and error. Now the less positive, the install is messy as you need to let them do it really and they make loads of changes to the theme which frightens me. Support is slow too taking about 20 hours for a response for me on a question. Finally and most importantly it is ridiculously priced. I have to pay $40 / month for this app. No idea how they can justify the price as I don't see where the ongoing cost is to justify the exorbitant prices. I have great apps like Yo for $6 and Also Brought for $5 and Live Search for $4 all great useful apps. How this app can cost $40 is beyond me. Luckily alternatives are appearing which will normalise this quickly I'd say.

Great App and even better support staff! Have been using for almost a year now and highly recommend. Makes it very easy to create promotions.

After installing they had our site updated and ready to go within the day. The app works very well and the staff is friendly and efficient. We aren't currently using the app but is worked how it is described. Definitely the best free gift app around. Also works with ajax as well as the standard shopify add-to-cart forms

Just installed but 100% happy with this app so far, runs seamlessly on our store and support is awesome. We needed some little tweaks done and they were done quickly and well. We do loads of promotions so this app saves a lot of time and makes life very easy for our customers.

The app is brilliant, saves us hours of work and Nicolas is one of the fastest and most helpful guys with installation and tech support I've ever encountered. I'm delighted with Secomapp.

We installed this app last time and achieved great results. Though we didn't need it now due to the change of our marketing tactics, the support team still managed to help us uninstall and remove all the codes left behind by the app in a fast manner. Downloaded the app yesterday and emailed support to install update. It was done very quickly. Brian even created 2 example rules in our store! Excellent service! We can't wait to give this app a test drive.
