The online chat support is very slow and unable to adequately address questions or concerns. The app itself isn’t very intuitive or clear to use. My goal was simply to exclude certain countries from accessing my website, as I noticed a sudden surge in traffic and suspected bot activity. I blocked all the countries I could identify, but unfortunately, the app failed to do what it was supposed to. I have uninstalled it and will search for a more effective solutions. My experience right out of the gate was incredible. I had fraudulent orders coming through right after we cancelled them with the same issue. They advertise saying they can block checkout bots, I get thousands of abandoned checkout bots a day with some placing successful orders, and even after using this app it still continues and support doesn't know why. I do not recommend it if you are having this issue. Hi, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. It’s very upsetting to hear that abandoned checkout bots are still affecting your store despite using our app, and we deeply regret that your experience hasn’t met the expectations we strive to deliver. Some of these issues can be caused by complex bot behaviors or conflicts with other apps, which may not be fully preventable on our side. That said, we feel responsible for helping you as much as possible and want to make things right.
