When I was waiting to receive new inventory I hates sending potential buyers away with a "Sold Out" message. But this app helped give an alternate action people could take to keep them connected.

This app is a lifesaver. They're so responsive when we have questions and they've made our lives SO much easier. So grateful!!

The app is great, but what makes this service really work is the fact that you have such responsive developers who help with custom reports, etc! I was helped by Keanna Driedger, who was absolutely stellar!

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like. Their support has been exemplary. Not only do they respond quickly and politely but the team is also open to making reports for us if we are stuck. No extra charge. Fantastic App for reporting. We run event and have different types of shops being set-up seasonally and this app makes tracking everything very easy.

Great customer support. We needed reports using tags as well as some other info so we reached out and they created and linked us to the reports quickly. Excellent customer service. Recommended if you're needing to run regular reports outside of Shopify's capabilities.

Very powerful tool with great flexibility in what can be reported on. If you have an understanding of pivot tables it's super easy to use. I also really like that you can schedule exports either via email or automatically (e.g. hourly) to a google sheet (which helps us mash it with GA data and use Data Studio as a visualisation tool). The support is swift and high quality - e.g. if you need to add any custom fields. Great value.

The customer support with Better Reports is second to none. We have been able to generate the most specific, detailed reports on anything we have desired. They are very prompt, accurate and helpful. I highly recommend this app - it saves so much time and has a wide range of functions.

I love this app ! Especially because exporting product data with product pictures shown on pdf format is a must and big help to my needs.
