Wonderful app that help us control our stock and out of stock products. Great service from the team as well, very good overall!

I just downloaded this app and was very excited but realized that with my shopify theme, the button wasn't showing up for items that were out of stock for specific variants. It would only show up for items completely out of stock. I contacted support for this app and they fixed it within an hour or two. I thought this would be an extra service I had to pay for since it was a theme customization but they were so helpful and did it for free. I'm so excited to launch my store with this feature already installed + working!

Very useful and easy to use. Not perfect but I've always gotten help from customer service. I highly recommend!

Worked fine for a while, then stopped sending emails when items came back in stock. Support said they were "working on it" a few days ago, and nothing has been fixed and there were no follow-ups since. This is messing my store and production schedule up, so I had to delete the app and go to another. Very disappointed.

They helped me update the widget placement on my shopify store very quickly. So helpful and easy! Thank you!

Abuzar was excellent at helping me sort out my Shopify theme integration. It was completed fast and automatically applied to all out-of-stock products. I went through the email and notification buttons and personalised these bits myself. Thank you for such fast and excellent customer service! Very impressed with the free package!

I have just added this app, our theme wasn't listed so I contacted support as the app suggested. Really quick response. The button was added, I asked to move the position of the button, which was done quickly. Really helpful and polite.

Easy set up, fairly straight forward. I set up everything in less than 5 minutes. Messaged chat to add a function on and they got back to me promptly.

I will go back to this rating when the delay in notifications is fixed. Other than that amazing Customer Service. Can't wait to try the app out.

EDIT: no more fast replying on the tchat unfortunately.. There's a bug with SMS notifications not being sent out and I can't reach them out.. Good customer service (very fast in answering questions on the tchat), nice app that works fine, I would recommend it.

This app worked really well when we first installed it, but now it does not function as it should. Notifications are not being sent, and though we have begged for help to fix numerous times over the last 2 months, support staff are very unresponsive and unhelpful.

Support team are great and quick to assist with any issues. We came across a small issue with notifications not sending on time as expected and the team were quick to resolve the issue for us. Great support and easy to use app. It integrates with our theme seamlessly and has lots of customization to make emails on brand. Paid plan is affordable and competitive. Follow-up: Been using this app for a year and change now and still dig it. We recently upgraded themes and Abuzar was quick and helpful in getting the button updated to fit the vibe we're after. Amazing when it works, awful when it doesn't. Reached out to support to ask them to fix my restock notifications not rolling out and only had one response from them over the course of a week. They didn't fix the issue for a week and barely communicated with me. Previous to this I wouldn't have faulted the app but the lack of customer support really disappointed me. I know things go wrong sometimes, but communication would have made all of the difference.
