Great app and support. Out-of-stock items weren't showing up but support fixed it right away. Look forward to the up-sale in the future with this app.

We have a large selection of organic food products, and with supply chain issues we are seeing our inventory fluctuate. Our customers want to know what we know about timing of when items will back in stock. This app very useful and easy to set up with important features. Customers have shared that they appreciate getting alerted when the products they want are available again. We recently refreshed our theme and design, and the support team here did a great job of re-integration in a timely way. Thanks. We would recommend this app to Shopify customers.

I've just finished updating my store to a new theme which wasn't currently supported by this app. I had a quick chat with Zia in support who was really helpful and within minutes the app was integrated into my new theme and looks great! Thank you!

Support was initially very helpful in setting up the app. When the automatic notifications weren't being triggered a new person providing support kept sending laughing emojis to me when I made my inquiry and was trying to troubleshoot. They did not help me and I've had to find a new app to use.

Great reactivity and great service all around ! We contacted Back In Stock support to implement the Notify when available midget on the product collection page, a theme modification was needed which they've done for us the same day. Zia replied to our request right away and made sure that the result fully matched our expectations, really appreciated !
