We are really happy for this solution to our b2c webshop (which is now a b2b webshop too!). Also the support is great, super fast and helpfull.

Good functionality and good support

We needed a wholesale app to complete our shopping experience. After a few small issues getting started, we reached out to support and they fixed everything very quickly. Great customer service which is readily available and always doing their best to resolve anything that comes up.

The app is great for b2b stores and the support team is always very quick to solve any issue/request!

I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers AND discounts for select customers/groups. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one. Combing this app with the Net Terms app is a perfect solution. This app easily lets you set up discounts. You can show the original price, or not. And plenty of settings to get it looking just how you want it. Emma and the tech team were very responsive and helpful. I am a happy camper!

Bss Commerce's customer service representative Emma provided quick and very helpful service. They integrated their system into our Shopfy theme really quickly and there are no bugs. I am really happy with the service they provided. I would recommend their services to others!

Service has been amazing and I have achieved exactly what I wanted however the cost is quite high. I would also note you may need to subscribe to 2 apps to get the desired outcome. I would recommend this as a BSB app it does seem to be within the same costs as others so based on service alone I can’t fault the fast response

Just started using. Gave four stars instead of five stars because we've only been using unless than 2 weeks. However, we would not be able to process our orders without B2B. Will try to give updated review as we get more familiar with this app.

I've been using the BSS Wholesale App on Shopify and my experience has been very positive. The app functions as it should, delivering reliable performance and seamless integration with my store. The standout feature is the excellent support team. They resolved a Theme integration issue swiftly and maintained great communication throughout. This level of support is crucial for backend integrations.

Some bugs appear sometimes, but the support is always really responsive and professionnal.

i have been working in the shopify platform for a few years now, never have i come across customer support like this from an app developer, Emma is fast, efficient and knowledgeable and this seems to radiate through the whole team. The wholesale solutions app just works, i think people will know how important an app "just working" in shopify really is. we run a complex wholesale format and this covers it. i rate this highly.

The support team is super helpful, friendly and also manages to solve any problems that occur with the implementation of other apps. Definitely recommended!

Joy and Jena have been so nice and helpful! App Review: 3 stars This is not a plug an play app. EVERYTHING needs to be installed by the dev team. The flow of how everything works for desktop, requires you to also explicitly request for mobile and tablet as well. This is frustrating when personally, I'd expect the same behaviour for all devices as a default, not the exception. This has led to much frustration. The only saving grace is that they have been able to provide great customer service and quick solutions to all of the issues raised. However, there have been MANY issues.

Always very responsive to add ant additional features or customise others. Very happy with them all.

We are using a relatively old theme and were struggling to implement some modules on our own. Via chat, we consistently received fast assistance, and the developers offered to look into the issues and the app implementation themselves. This approach worked wonderfully and the app now runs flawlessly within our old theme. We are extremely satisfied, truly excellent support!

It works great as a B2B tool. It is essentially like Shopify Plus but way cheaper. The support is very responsive but you do have to negotiate the time zone difference as they are in Vietnam. They even edited my theme.liquid so the discount pricing from B2B worked on another price per unit app I have installed. So helpful!
