The best app for Wholesale Prices and Customer, compatible with Shopify POS, always with updates and a great support.

We looked at lots of wholesale apps, and this was the right fit for our needs, with the optional 'bolt-ons' it was good to find a solution from the same developer that covered all bases... and because of this, we knew that the solution was built to work together. Excellent support rom start to finish. Made a request for an addition to the app which was accommodated without issue. In fact every interaction with support was very friendly and efficient, so can completely recommend.

We were having an issue with one of our wholesale discounts and they were very helpful in troubleshooting that and getting it resolved.

Wholesale Club makes sourcing product from my online store to brick and mortar locations super easy, and clean on the back end. There were a few small bumps in setting it up but the team was super responsive!

The customer service team were very prompt and helpful with any issues I had during set up. Great service!

Love this app! Easy flow within Shopify and great customer service! Would definitely recommend to other business owners needing wholesale capabilities.

We use this app for our wholesale accounts. It has made the ordering process easier for everyone. We have a faster turnaround with dealer orders and they are able to see what is currently in stock and ready to ship. The set up was easy and did not take a long time. Anytime we have had issues with the app, the customer service response has been immediate. They have been quick to solve or help us solve any issue we have had. Definitely recommend this app!

This app performs well. Setting up the discounts was simple and my customers who receive the discounts haven't reported any issues to me save for one instance and the customer support communicated with me clearly and was able to have the issue resolved. I recommend the app if your Shopify store needs to offer different discounts and rates to specific customers. If there is any negative, and this was the issue that was resolved by customer service, is that this app will not work when customers checkout with paypal express through the cart, they must go through the checkout page in order for the app to work properly.

For weeks we have sent in request on this not working. We were told you can not tag more than one program to an account. So we changed this still not working. We also purchased their other app for BOGO sales same issues. When are you going to fix this!!!!!

I've had a terrible experience with the customer service at Pixel Union. I had my websites redesigned and needed them to reinstall this app on the new theme for me. After charging me $75 ($25 per website), they then didn't respond to any of my follow up emails, and now 2 weeks later, I still don't have a functioning app. I have several wholesale customers getting very annoyed. Extremely disappointing service.

The team behind Wholesale Club is very helpful. The app works well. I highly recommend to any store looking to add a wholesale channel.

Switched over from the Bold Wholesale App and never looked back. The support/developer team of this app was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They helped me solve some bugs that was happening on my store that was conflicting the code. The app itself is very easy to use and also has a much faster sync than Bold's wholesale app (main reason I switched over because we have over 2000+ products on our page). I would recommend this app to anyone who needs wholesale pricing for their shopify page.

Excellent support with this product. Allows for wholesale pricing and discounted pricing for your resellers.

We have used this app for a while now to run our wholesale business alongside or retail one. The Wholesale Club team is SO helpful and responsive to our custom requests and glitches when combining with other apps. It's truly a great service and easy to maintain. Highly recommend!

Apps working well, bit sticky to get going but support have been helpful with working through installation and issues (auto rounder on the carriage price so we couldn't select say £6.95, had to choose 6 or 7). Hoping to stick some traffic through the NET30 system shortly.

This is app is great with a very knowledgeable team to support. Some basic features which would be useful need to be paid for, however the capabilities are there.

Absolutely awesome app and team of support. It’s fundamental to our business, to be able to offer wholesale and wholesale prices when a customer logs in. Support is perfect for any questions..... one of the best apps.

We sourced all the wholesales price shopify apps and found only this app MAY meet our needs. What we need is customers can view their own special price for certain products when they login. So we install this app and pay additional USD 99 for installation of Custom prices. After installation, there were some layout and alignments issue but anyway support team tried the best to fix them. Then during testing,there are always some issues happend...sync issue, display of custom price not stable,etc. We spent a few months and wrote emails to them. I must say their customer support Declan is helpful,although the issues are not solved. At the end, their developer said we must uninstall BOLD app because the code of BOLD app is conflict with theirs. They suggest we install their another app Ultimate Special Offers to have the functions as Bold. We read the comments of Ultimate Special Offers. It looks like not stable as well. So, after paid a few month subscription fee and installation fee, we decided to give up.

You guys were the best, very responsive and friendly when troubleshooting compatibility with another app. Thank you thank you.
