I migrated here from Klavijo. Not knowing the app I have to lose some time in it to get a good understanding of how it works, but with the various instructions it all works out. This is an excellent App for Email Marketing. Easy to create different forms, create automated responses. They support it excellent - shout out to Hana for all her help today. Not just Hana, every support contact we have had has been excellent - knowledgeable and helpful.

Please stay FAR AWAY from AVA. There are constantly technical issues and their support team cannot help with anything. If I were to describe my experience with AVA it would be far too long, so I'll summarize it with this one sentence: AVA marketing sucks.
