Jasmine is a pro! Very quick response and easy understanding of what I need. I need a pop-up window with coupons on my landing page and to automate the customer list to Shopify. Perfect done! Maybe I still want to learn about other functions like connecting WhatsApp or Facebook in the future. Thanks for Jasmine again.

Price wise I selected Avada over Klaviyo or Mail Chimp. It works seamlessly with the Shopify store. It has tons of features under a good budget. I recommend it to anyone new to a newsletter or email marketing because it's simple and intuitive.

It's fine. You can get help form the support anytime you need (as Jasmine helped me) but it has happened a few times that I needed help, because something didn't work

I have built 5 shopify sites over the last year and the online chat with this app is the BEST customer service i have ever had (you can imagine i have tried alot of apps) I asked the most silly questions when i couldnt even find a button or where things were and they stayed on the chat for over an hour and talked me through each page! I recently added the Avada app to my shoplift store as I wanted to set up automated emails to be sent to customers. I set up a Welcome automation and when I went to view it, there was an error. I reached to support and Lydia there helped solve my issue in 2 minutes. Really prompt and friendly support, however the app itself requires upgrading if you want to get going with more than one automation unfortunately.

Great support from Abby with assisting me with a seamless transition to using the app. She really took the time to provide concise answers to my questions with visual support when needed. Very happy I found this app!

I got on the Chat Room because I did not know how Avada works and wanted some more information. Hana popped up and went me through the process and explained to me all the 3 plans available. Support was quite fast. An executive named Hana responded to all my questions. Quite easy to set up, unlike other similar apps that youtubers promote all the time.
