I had several questions on pricing and features in regards to using this App. Their are so many to choose from & I was able to reach customer service right away. I spoke with Lydia & she was extremely knowledgeable on the features & pricing plans. She answered all of my questions quickly & was extremally polite. I am excited to start using this App knowing that I have great support right there if I need it!

I like AVA because: 1. Unlike other similar platforms full of bugs, it just worked. (I tried SMSBump, not recommended) 2. Live support was on point. Liz and Abby from chat was extremely helpful with the initial setup and answering questions. There is an ongoing issue with authentication from Shopify when using the Safari browser, otherwise I have no complaints. Anytime I encountered technical issues, the live support was promptly available to diagnose and fix my issues. They have a habit of escalating technical issues immediately to their tech team and getting it resolved for the customer, which saves me a LOT of headache.

Do not use this company. I have spent 15 mins on a web chat and they cannot tell me how much they will charge for my number of email contacts, just keep sending me the same pricing table which says 'additional fees' will be applied and I have to upgrade and use in order to find out how much these fees are!

I have been using it for 2 weeks and I can say that I am satisfied so far. When I had a problem, live customer service always supported me. especially jasmine has a good command of the dashboard and knows very well what to do.

I have used Avada's APP in different stores; it is rich in functions and easy to use, thanks to Jasmine for her patient guidance.

The support team is great and very helpful! Hallyfe helped me with my question and was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this app!

The user experience is very good, there are many things that I don’t understand, the 24-hour online customer service will answer for you, and I will recommend it to more merchants.

I have just connected Avada emails, very simple to use and set up. I had a query about one section used the chat and spoke with Abby. She was very quick to find a solution for the problem I was having and was able to show me exactly what needed to be done. I look forward in seeing how it is all going in the next couple of months

I would have to say I'm pretty satisfied, app is simple yet easy to use. To update or change the e-mails was simple easy, and not time consuming. Hana was extremely helpful, and solved my issue withing minutes.
