The setup experience has been great, very intuitive and the customer support is 10/10, responds super fast and is extremely helpful. Extra plus for integration with Klavyio and great tutorial videos on all kinds of topics. Emails and cancellation management drafts are great and easy to adapt. So far 10/10! Our subscriptions just went live so we'll see how it goes once first subscribers start coming in

I am new to shopify and this app. With Appstle, I am getting closer to my ideal customer experience that I was seeking. I am starting with the Free tier and will likely expand into the paid tiers soon enough. I was able to use the chat with an agent, late evening, and he was able to get me going. I was surprised that I got a live agent, I was delighted.
